People are often boring. At the beginning of the drama, the fans were crying because WDH had a dull role. It seemed obvious to me that he would not be a silent guard for long. Another actor would have been chosen for sure, if that's all it was about. But now that there are good comedy scenes with this actor, the fans spend their time saying that he steals the scenes. There is never a middle ground with the fans. He's a good actor, but I don't see how he would steal a scene from Lee Min Ho, for example. The comedy comes from the difference in personality between the two characters, and their special relationship.

I could go on like this for many more paragraphs. For a simple detail like this library, it spoils the understanding of the drama. So we spend a lot of time guessing that this library is at least in the world of QOK. I don't remember the scene that proves 100% that there is at least one version of the library in QOK. And it's possible that when this scene takes place, it's forgotten or unstable. During all this time before, it goes without saying that it's just one detail among many that annoys and confuses the situation.
When this is accumulated with so many other nebulous points, characters that look alike, quickly seen and forgotten, useless scenes, abusive cutting up of isolated situations, lack of storyline for these facts, lazy rhythm, lack of objectives, it is obvious that the audience that watches the drama on TV gives up, and the ratings are at their lowest.
I have a list of all the other confusing details of the drama, with the timecode per episode, and why this creates confusion instead creating mystery, even when we review the drama and understand the scene. It happens in some cases, that even reviewing the scene is not enough, when you already know the future context.

I'm disappointed because I thought my comment would attract fans of both actors, like fish you catch when you're fishing. But only you answered, and you don't even sound like a fangirl of actors. I've lost a good opportunity to have fun... Actually, I have nothing against these two actors, they're okay. But it's funny to see all the LMH fan girls become such extreme fangirls for WDH. :-)

On some scenes, the KES dialogues are magical. I'm not done being surprised yet, and for the moment, I anticipate something really bad: the horrible mess of scenes and secondary characters will finally be completely useless. Not only if it had been useful, it would have been bad, but useless, even worse. The Save-Me drama had a similar (albeit much less serious) problem with secondary storylines having no importance to the main plot.

I just have a large library of ambient sounds and sound effects, and then I use video editing software in a basic way. The only added value is my experience as a spectator/musician/melomane. For example, the series of music/noise on this video, you'll notice that at the end, I chose a descending sound until the music disappears. If you know the cartoon "Akira", there is a music that uses this feeling in a scene: it's like the heart of the scene was a kind of fleeting dream. An event that seems banal and real, but is in fact supernatural. The sound effects reproduce this fleeting impression of how this kind of event is perceived in real life. It's like a daydream, it's so extraordinary. If an incompetent and inexperienced moron like me manages to do this, I really wonder about the production team, who are supposed to be professionals.

I'm wondering the same thing. The mistakes I see in the drama seem impossible for a writer as experienced as KES. Yet she makes a lot of them, such as the multiplication of isolated situations. As far as readability is concerned, the director must play an important role. Lack of experience as a senior director. The majority of the scenes are flat and empty, they all have the same atmosphere. Little ambient noise, no background music. This does not match the style of the actors or the situations. For some scenes that are terribly bad and useless, I wonder if KES did not entrust the writing to her assistants, and kept only the scenes she wanted to write (the best ones in the drama) for herself. It seems that the work on the structure, the logic of the story and the key scenes has been done, but the rest is a mess. The editing work is minimalist in the drama, as if they didn't have time to do it. I seem to be speaking harshly, but I took notes on the majority of the scenes with glaring flaws when I revisited the drama. I wrote down how and why it's bad. There is no doubt about it.
