Ah, a good point here. No time to loose. He's crouched in her hospital room. At least, she's fixed fast that he's not killed. But I wonder if there would be something better to do if she didn't know it yet? Too fast resolution?

CEO is too kind with her, she doesn't deserve it. But ok, we learn in the previous episode that his comments were worst than what I was expecting, wishing her to be dead many times. So, I'm ok it's this guy to make an effort now.

Now starts a lovely love story so loveable that it's obviously better than main romance, and parasiting the drama with a new drama into the drama, and I wonder if the writer has any sens of focus.

I like to identify to the male lead in a romance story, but it's difficult here because FL is unlikable, kind of painful girl that makes want to runaway. But ok, let's accept that anyway ML doesn't have a choice as he's ML of the romcom.

Follow a classic "I catch you before you fall" scene.

Then a supposed comedy scene while they are in the elevator. But at least, no cringe sound effect. Instead a video game music. It's really better!

Some flashbacks about why Ji Uk would fill an official complaint against her. The silly FL imagine anything silly. It goes in imaginary scenes in a desperate hope it would be funny.

Here she give a middle finger while falling from a building. This drama tries to win points with vulgarity it seems. Korean usual intelligence falling with her... Seems like this country is doomed now, to provide same kind of bad content as western shows. It was quite obvious when bad sexy jokes were used from the start.

Horrible sounds effects continue, for trying to do comedy out of cringe scenes that couldn't make me laugh, even when I was a baby.

Hopefully, it jumps into a dramatic scene about the erotic writer female offender and her dark past.
She breath hard "aah aah" as she wakes up in a hospital room. Note: Remember she faints when her desire to see CEO clown to be dead, about to be killed by our usual and beloved white truck.

Every piece of information overlaps. And it's not like it was hidden. The drama insist loudly on the President cheating and the FL mother welcoming random childs.

I bet he's hidden son of the company president. So CEO Gyu Hyun is his half-brother. President is looking for someone more competent than Gyu Hyun to be his heir. It's why the gray man offering Ji Uk a car and appartement asks him nothing but just work hard in the company. More foreshadowing about that: scene where the president is about to remove Gyu Hyun as heir, and pulls out a new inheritance contract.

I know there is an effect about kdramas that the first ones you watch are often remembered as good, because nostalgia. And rewatching it, there are not so good. Or just after that, with more time, we can dig into better dramas. It's why some dramas I don't like now, I think maybe they could be good for a newbie.

Then, before to watch kdramas, I watched a lot of series and movies. Some great classics. So my taste was more stable when I started kdramas (about 12 years ago). More easy to spare the good and the bad. I can be unlucky of course, but rom-coms I tried two last years were bad. I've been a bit more lucky with serious dramas, like Castway Diva, Death Games or The Glory.

Some mess with Han, unexpectedly dead drunk here. So it triggers an argument scene between the two leads. I find Han situation difficult to accept because his wife is better in every aspect than the FL of the drama.
It ends on Hae Young having trouble at work because she's a little tyrant. 😄 But it was wrong and just a plot device so Ji Uk reveals he's her husband as cliffhanger. Planification is short-timed in this drama. There was no real tension about the fact he must hide his identity. We just got a guy from the team about to say something (suspens!) but it wasn't that. Well, there was no real suspens anyway in this not-funny scene where they wait while swallowing.

Terrible new about this episode 5: we didn't see the cat! 🙀

50:00. A good scene here, she says he should die, and he's almost killed by a truck. I'm not sure why the driver does "ok" with his thumb, like it was prepared.
Alas, dramatism and feeling scene following that is turned into derision with a ultra-cliché sound effect (from 6 millions dollar man). Just in case we could stick for a secondary love story and make sure we won't and it matters nothing. CEO is doomed to be a clown A to Z.

40:00... Sleepy feeling... It lacks dramatic momentum and we are stalling on endless relationship after-points with grotesque background music.
I can wake up a bit with a classic cheabol situation of son about to loose inheritance.... tension is soon desactivated by mother protecting the son. Ok. So what was the point?

EDIT: my guess is to show us the father made another inheritance contract.
And so Ji Uk would be his hidden son. It's why the mysterious man just tell him to work hard in the company, in case he would be more legitimate to be next CEO and heir.

21:00, looong scene in slow motion about "how he's beautiful" when he removes his helmet. A bit repeatitive with that kind of cheap effect now.
Situation jumps into a more dramatic situation about a beaten kid. But I guess it will be used as plot device for Ji Uk to have a fight with the father.

It's good to know. But it confirms that dramas quality has decreased greatly recent year, at least in the rom-com departement.

Ep5. They want to hide he's her husband. Is it really a good strategy? At one point she would probably have to show her husband in another event. Anyway, it's a good situation to create some mess to make the story more exciting.
It jumps to secondary characters... I take that as fillers.

I just take that as a Noona romance.

We should see the cat again. Absence of the cat was used as an analogy with absence of Ji Uk. I'll take care to check if it's the same cat or they changed the cat-actress! 🧐

I just post my crap. So I'm a little less frustrated by the bad quality of the drama.

Bah, fans of the drama are happy too because it increases number of comments and popularity of the drama. Even when they are not so happy to see I post often negative critiscism, lol. 😅
I'm used to do that because rewatch party on my fav blog. It's such a mess to take notes in notepad and put a big comment nobody want to read. At least, people can react to specific points I post.

People often post me that, but I choose my pseudo for other reason: it's for fans of the drama who want to read the season 2 (visual-screenplay on my blog, check my profile here). I'm agree with you: the drama has a true end (not like "Signal" which obviously need a season 2). But the concept is so big that it had easely potential for a sequel.

We see a bit of that: he broke cup of tea and shit outside the litter. 😹

Yeah, I'm agree with you. I should say "average". But let's say "good" if I compare to recent rom-coms. By the way I dropped WWWSK, because at mid-point I was feeling second part would be long and boring. How to say, sometimes you get this strong feeling it's the time to drop. I hadn't real engagement with the drama, so I just enjoyed what it gave me without looking for more.

Yep, I know. And the tone is terrible, to boot.
My best drama example about to make a good drama with only clichés is "what's wrong with secretary Kim". For unknow reason, it works well.
