That was hilarious. They've such a fun mentor/apprentice dynamic.
and then he sends her to an alligator. and then she threatens him with a ledger of what he potentially bought there. and then he gives her a key knowing she'd need another key. 🀣

that was a fairly impressive 4 episode start! it was filled with action, emotions, and tension. both leads are smart and neither are weak? love to see that. also kinda cute to see him more dressed up than her. haha his clothes and accessories look just a tad fancier since she doesn't dress like she's a princess but as an inspector. also cute that we already see him giving her leeway in her actions. I do want to know though what it is everyone is hiding. ughhhhh does she truly not remember? or is she pretending to get more clues? does he feel bad for her because his family or rather father was somehow a part of the reason her family was killed? only 30 more episodes to go and I hope it keeps this momentum and doesn't drag in the middle like some of these shows tend to do.

edit: also, the vibes are giving me SE and with Bailu as the lead I'm leaning towards that but please.... actually I like them both enough that no matter the ending as long as it makes sense, I'll enjoy it lol

honestly, this wasn't bad at all for a zombie show. I feel like most have dumb characters that gets others killed so thats no different here. but it actually gave you a pretty solid storyline and back story to it. I'd be down to watch season 2 cause let's be real, they set it up like that.

1. Obviously the friends were alive to a certain point because they tied Nonn up and hid him away from the zombies. I wonder if it worked to keep them safe.

2. I want to know if the 2 saved by Lily in the greenhouse made it. Since it looks like their other friend Sun came back to see them as a πŸ§Ÿβ€β™‚οΈ

3. Ooooo, I wanna know how the mom and Joe will play into this given that they're part πŸ§Ÿβ€β™€οΈ πŸͺΌwithout the parasite LOL

4. I'm assuming Miroj and Ning left to go save Nonn given what they know. If he's still alive, I'm assuming they believe they can cure him.

5. Is Nonn zombie zombie? cause we can see that even as zombies they retained a bit of conscience. I wonder if they're not agitated, would they just leave those they loved/knew well alone? eg. Auntie Jit not attacking Ning, Lily not going after the 2 friends even though she clearly saw them hide behind her.

on episode 1 and I really don't get why she needs to let everyone know where her group is and where they're headed. like, you told them they need to get to higher ground to be seen by the helicopter. thats enough. idk yet if it helps or harms them, but from all zombie shows I've seen, you don't more humans you don't know finding you lol more personalities to conflict, more liabilities to feel morally obligated to protect and, more complications to resolve.

on episode 3 now and Pao's just a liability now. bro is off meds and delusional. he's attacking humans and trying to join the zombies.

and what's wrong with these people? I get that the zombies werr once your friends but once they're chasing you trying to eat your flesh, I think I'd say friendship over. if I ever turn into a zombie and attack you, please, feel free to end it for me without guilt. lol if you cant do it then let me wander around, but if I'm about to harm you, please do what you must LOL

honestly, love Ek for what he did. took out the liabilities- Pao and himself. kudos.

the age gap in real life tag really threw me off lol I didn't realize Wang Churan was so young haha love her and I guess I always thought she was late 20s, early 30s since she has a more mature vibe/look to her. can't wait for this to air soon!

Title Dashing Youth Spoiler
sorry not sorry, Baili Dongjun's uncle is my first hear me out πŸ«£πŸ˜‚ also, on episode 20 and BDJ's family is…
also, i read elsewhere that folks had issues that BLDJ didn't have any adversities and just kind of strolled through life which I agreed but I don't consider that a negative. lol I mean, we have enough hero goes through tragic events and grows from it. its almost refreshing that BLDJ kind of just explored the world and went wherever it took him. found good friends, masters, and have a loving family. like.... so often we're met with backstabbing friends, toxic family, and obstacles after obstacles in other shows that its grows tiring. so, I get why folks would find his character bland but I actually enjoyed it LOL

also, started blood of youth and was wondering where Yue Yao was. looked it up early and found out that the original ending was the BLDJ killed YY without realizing because she disguised herself as her sister when she found out BLDJ wanted to kill her for her part in YDZ's death.

lol, for a dude that didn't have too many hardships, he lost his best friend and his wife consecutively. I guess when it rains it certainly pours. now I'm sad thinking that he didn't get a happy ending LOL

On Can This Love Be Translated? Jan 18, 2026
glad to see the rating go up. I was a little sad when I saw it at 7.9 cause I was really enjoying it. now that I'm finished it, I'd give it around a 8.2. the story isn't exactly anything groundbreaking but I think the cast really pulled it together. the chemistry between the leads was actually very sweet and heartwarming in a quirky almost awkward way that i found quite endearing. the whole romance portion really hinged on whether or not the audience could accept that these 2 capable people had such a hard time conveying their feelings to each other and we watched them step forward and back multiple times. I enjoyed the scarier moments of this show as well as the slow burn. very glad Netflix dropped all the episodes and let me happily binge these 2 lovely actors.

sorry not sorry, this would've been perfect as a bl without the hetero romance. haha but honestly, enjoyed it as it was as well. I watched probably 5 short dramas back to back and this one actually made me cry.

On Culinary Class Wars Season 2 Jan 2, 2026
okay, kinda ridiculous that they only brought back 2 black spoons because now they're starting to feel like the token chefs. without the black spoons theres no more "class" war lol also, CM needs to tone down his arrogance. like sure buddy, you got the skills but being humble is also great. I did like seeing him team up with Chef Son since he is my fave and CM toned it down while they worked together and he showed him respect vs when he works with the black spoons, it felt like he was just like yalls outta my league, scram energy. also, hoping a white spoon chef wins this season and its chef son LMAO jk but I do like seeing him confident but not cocky and you can tell he loves what he does and even in the team challenges before, his additional touches to the team dishes made great impacts. also really like Brewmaster Yun, but girl is so nervous. she's doing great and should have more confidence!!
