Making the teams go head-to-head right after theyβd just survived was straight-up evil. Especially the Son Jong-won…
I loved the unhinged cooking challenge from hell and it clearly traumatized them in the funniest way possible. would love another challenge like that haha
So you make a show to make black chefs against white chefs then decide to eliminate all in one go from a team…
lol my thoughts too. but when theyvsaid that, I assumed it was more like, you're all eliminated and now we're gonna have an elimination revival round or else..... lol who would they compete against? culinary civil war? lol
not bad, not great. it just wasn't that captivating. some elements were cool to watch, others felt like it was a road bump and stopped the movie from being engaging. the premise was interesting but I didn't really care for the execution of it. Kim da mi was great as always. sad that it wasn't better π
yes, and I loved it LOL i mean more in the future haha i might not be following him too closely but this is the first drama I've seen him in in a while
now onto the ending. devastated that literally everyone died except for the 2 'evil' people LOL Kim Jae Oh, sir. you really said Ah Jin only and sacrificed yourself. honestly, both deaths really represented who they were. KJO was loyal to a fault and YJS realized he couldn't fix her so he wanted to go out with her. (not like date like die lol, if that wasn't clear)
im assuming they're setting this up for a season 2? if so, I assume BAJ would have a new face. I can't imagine her living her life with how famous she got. so, if they're trying to go that direction, picking a new actress is going to be haaaaard. KYJ killed this role. honestly, everyone did. loved everyone and loved how well they fit their roles. cheers! thanks for pulling me back in a kdrama while I've been on a cdrama binge HAHAHA
on 17, and this blind bro is so annoying and kinda useless...? like not sure he's contributed a ton in anyway when he's supposed to be one of the three best of the Nanshan Hunters...? the hunters as a whole have been kinda meh. lol they just stand around...moping LOL
Wow, my surprise when Yu Meng Long appeared on screen. I haven't seen him anything for so long and after the recent tragedy, I didn't imagine I ever would. May you RIP and may the world bring justice to everything that has happened to you.
Ugh this waiting game hurts. I need to see Ah Jin and more angst!! jk I just need more story and see what happens when boss comes back and if this ends how the webtoon ends.
lol I love how Jun Seo's mother doesn't just stop intervening. like ma'am, you know she got her father killed.... what makes you think you won't be next if you get in her way. Like, she's not even bothering you, leave her alone. Just cause you hate seeing her on the big screen isn't enough reason to get in the way of a sociopath, especially when your son already hates you because of her. π«£
Not sure why people don't like the show. It's a breath of fresh air from all the romcoms. I feel like thrillers, most times, just have more depth to their stories because its not solely focused on the romance of the leads. there's a story to be told here and its a rather dark and twisted one. totally get why its not everyone's cup of tea if they were expecting romance and not a dark thrilled. im surprised theres even a romance tag on this show but i guess from all of the guys perspective, there is romance. Im honestly sad because KYJ has such great chemistry with all of them and to know that it'll come to no good end (from folks that have read the webtoon) is such a waste. but that goes to show, even if it looks good on the outside, it doesn't have to end well. π can't wait to see how our twisted lady falls from the top. KYJ is killing this role BTW. her dead eyes when she's hugging Jun Seo are scary to watch and see how she's really out here just playing a game and moving chess pieces.
I am loving this show - dark and twisted. This really is far from being a romcom or any rom really which sucks because the chemistry is chemistrying lol
Back Ah Jin really just manipulates and uses those around her for her own benefits but it really is so hard to hate her when you see what she's been through and continues to go through. I really do feel bad for her boss though since I feel like she definitely could've planned it better so he wouldn't have to go to jail. However, at the end of the day, if it's her or someone else, she would always choose herself.
Jun Seo was pretty much gaslighted and manipulated by her since he was young. lol yet he still tries to stay morally true to himself, so kudos to him.
I didn't read the webtoon, so can't wait to see how the rest unfolds and how she ends up.
I'm loving the dynamics between the leads.. i hope they can keep this relationship and partnership, until the end of the show cause there really no need for any more drama between them. it should be them against the world. I love their sweetness now π
