wow I had the exact same thought when I was watching them, they're super mature and the sexual tnsion is insane. wlis definitely has superior writing compare to fake it till you make it imo

excellent writing, gorgeous cinematagrophy and AMAZING chemistry!! this is such a gem and I can't get enough of it. if more modern cdramas were as good as this one i'd enjoy them half as much as I enjoy the costume dramas

the leads had no chemistry at all which is unfortunate, the second couple however did have chemistry and I thought they were well matched..i basically sped through the last few eps for their scenes (which weren't much).

I really liked the second couple..i wish they had a bit more screentime. since ppl are moving crazy in this comment section i won't comment on anything else lmao.

can someone tell me what's the release schedule?

what do you mean?

alot of flaws but in my 6 years of watching cdramas so far this one has stuck with me..maybe because of the dark subject matter or the indie-like way it was shot, but I have not seen another cdrama yet the replicated the feelings thos one gave me. I came out of this absolutely adoring most of the cast until this day, and i still think this drama has the most memorable ost I've heard

he is just so cool. and also very busy! if his schedule evetually slows down it would be nice to see him do some more interesting movies instead of just dramas. some of the dramas he's in don't give justice to his talent imo, as much as I still enjoy them

the styling looks gorgeous

what's annoying is I have a feeling that this is TJC and CZY best acting yet and we might not get to see it

the fact that she calls him "Dog-ge" so seriously made me laugh out loud. I really adore their freindship ;(

I don't like the ML she chose either but I adore the rest of the cast..I also know about the tragic ending but I miss seeing them on screen so...I'm also looking forward to Tale of Rose cuz it looks really interesting (and more lgx yay)

I'm in the exact same predicament..at this point i might just drop everything and wait until LYF2 come out

i need that variety show to come out fast I miss the cast so much..I also wish they did a Hi6 episode

Me!! I love he yu so much there and he was great here too as furong. i hope he only gets bigger from now on

Lmaooo 😭😭🤣

Missing my green tea XZ so much today..has someone made a compilation of his most shameless moments yet?

What's the tag is Chinese if you don't mind me asking? I've been going through his trending tags lately and it seems he's so fun to tease 😆

xu hai qiao slayed in his guest role (as always). it's about damn time he gets more ml roles cuz he's been excellent in literally everything i've seen him in. he truly has that ~vibe~ when it comes to xianxia

you should watch the vid of the orchestra performing it live, it's so good
