I like the story and the overall feels. I just wished they compressed the whole drama into max of 8 episodes with 13-15 minutes duration. Also, while acting wise, these kids still need to develop, I can say they did fairly well for this kind of teen drama. It's a 8/10 for me.
I'm looking forward to finding out: (1) who the serial killer is, (2) who is the third person who gained psychometric powers, (3) how the ML and FL will realize that they like each other. Seonwoo x Yebun is cute but we know that won't be the case. Happy ending for everyone, please.
To be honest, my brain wires got tangled watching this drama. I do appreciate the takeaway (Junhee's message to Minju in the last episode) but it could've worked for me if they only used the premise of the original drama and made it into a lighter kind of remake / adaptation. Jeon Yeobeen shined most among the actors. Kang Hoon is cute but he needs to improve on his facial and eye acting. Ahn Hyoseop? I liked him better in Business Proposal. Uncle Chiwon actor has a thing for time travel dramas haha. I remember liking his character also in Reborn Rich. Anyway, it's an 8/10 for me for JYB acting and the cinematography.
Not a "completely" happy ending for me; Dojin left such a huge void. But just the same, each episode since he left was still thrilling. The actor who played Dex really did well. As for Dr. Yoon and Bong Anna losing screen time for a few of the episodes is something I didn't appreciate. Oh Euisik played a really cool character here, wishing to see him in similar roles in the future. For me, Season 1 is still better.
If they'd have a third season, I hope they could work on more but less complicated cases. Like, it doesn't have to be simultaneously collaborative all the time, but knowing how each case can't be solved without each department's contribution, I hope they would highlight that. If they'd do it that way, even without Son Hojun, I'd watch it.
May I add? Some Korean articles mentioned that while Heo Soon Young has such characteristics, Son Ho Jun showing a different kind of acting dynamic is something to look forward to. (If I say more, I'd be giving away a spoiler.)

I am not really sure but Hojun was able to handle filming of 2 dramas before (My Secret Terrius and The Light In Your Eyes). I guess Bong Dojin is just written that way. Don't take my word for anything though. I'm as clueless as you are. I just make assumptions based on information that I have.
