15/16: I’m so glad I stayed up until this moment. Seeing them work together as a team and having Moo Young as the one planning out the sort of “heist” to help Ro Um is so satisfying. I could actually wait for or even forgo the romance between them, as long as justice is served! To all who have been watching until now, cheers. Tonight’s the final episode and for sure, it will be a delight.
Disney+ airs each episode a few hours after its broadcast in Korea (SBS channel) so if you are into watching the drama as it airs, then that app is for you. But if you prefer waiting for the entire season to complete before watching, Hulu is okay.
There are parts of each episode that I feel that my intelligence has decreased or at least slowed down in processing. If you have this thought: “I’ve already started this, I should give the drama a chance a finish it…” Please don’t. You don’t have to endure anything that is not worth much of your time. (I actually fell asleep a few minutes before the final episode ended. I couldn’t even finish it with eagerness.) Nothing against the actors, mind you. It’s the story writing.
The scene which had a caption that said “(SILENCED GUNSHOT)” and seeing Taegu fall down on the ground is the most WTF moment in K-dramas I have seen. And to think it came next to the scene showing him visiting his daughter’s grave. UGH.
If you still haven’t seen Find Me in Your Memory or You are My Spring, I also recommend those 2 KDW movies. If you liked MPS, you’ll like those two even more.
