[still on EP 4/16] QUESTION: Did Jin Do Jun exist in the past, before Hyun Woo travelled back in time? AND now that the time travel has happened, does a certain Yoon Hyun Woo exist along side the existence of Jin Do Jun? (asking for spoilers)
I waited for the other ongoing dramas I've been watching to end (Love is For Suckers, Under the Queen's Umbrella) before I started this because I know I'll get hooked into this; I'm a sucker for time-travel related dramas. It's a thrilling and intriguing watch.
Also, since I just finished a saeguk drama, I could only image how a conglomerate could seem like a kingdom where the eldest son is expected to inherit the throne and members of the royal family (chaebol family, in this case) must continue the royal blood line (business) to keep the kingdom (group of companies) stable.
It was a big bummer that we didn't get to see any update in Jun-Ji Couple in Episode 15. Seems prod team knows that viewers look forward more to what happens between this side couple than with the main. I must say, I agree with those who say Ji Wan is the MVP in that episode.
Yeeeeeees. Ep13, I love her for asking for 30 minutes with Jang Jun. I dislike Jun Ho so much. He's such a POS.…
I like the character development we've seen in these two. Jiwan who is timid starts to speak up and tell others what she wants, while keeping her considerate nature. John, or if I may say, Jun, is a sweet and caring son underneath that conceited facade. His answer to "What is love for you?" reminds me of that Jeff Bridges character, Gregory Larkin, in the movie The Mirror Has Two Faces. Love makes both of these guys go crazy. I've seen Greg go crazy (and it was hilarious!), I wonder how crazy Jun Jang would look like?
I don't talk about the wires because I actually didn't notice them. Hehe.
Woo Miyoung's chemical engineer smart brain probably felt dumb after realizing that the medical record was forged. The emotional distress of the abortion probably took a toll on her and made her judgment cloudy. Two lives taken away by killing, a third one twice: first by committing crime, the second by losing the purpose of the crime committed. So sad.
That second paternity test though... Looks like Uiseong is not a son of the King. Probably he is son of Physician Kwon... It's all part of the plan of the rebels... QD is going to die in her greed. Wisdom and justice will prevail. All my opinion.
The Queen is getting - no, moving - people to side with her not because of her "power" but because of the power of her heart - her concern for the people - no, HER people. That scene with Consort Ko and Consort Hwang in Episode 10 is so satisfying. The Consort Ko issue on Episode 9, on the other hand, shows that human relationships can never be understood in a "black and white" context. I do hope time would heal the wounds of mother and son.
I left a comment earlier today saying that I was shipping the 2 but Jun Ho needs to be less greedy first. Hope he is given some character development so we'd be assured that Ji Wan won't get hurt.
