When heavenly emperor asked XJ if she likes mortal life although she didn't answer it's obvious that she remained…
There are plenty of cdramas seasons 2. - Nirvana In Fire 2 - Novoland: Castle in the Sky 2 - Ever Night 2 *To name a few; they are just not as good as their predecessors OR they are simply some complete disasters...
As for the main couple ascending to their deity status again, there were some indications at the end with Si Feng or Xixuan wearing a celestial wardrobe but that was all.
Like LuK above has explained; it will take at least 10000 years for Xixuan to return to his former deity status. What will happen to XJ, meanwhile? And I do agree with you about the main cast of L&R being too popular and too busy right now with other projects. I doubt they have time to film a second season for L&R; unless it was already stated in their contracts. Which, I most definitely doubt!!! I don’t think the production had foreseen that L&R would be that big.
Sifeng x Sister-in-law hahaha, I don't think I can watch it. CY's Sifeng filter is strong.
It is so weird. I can’t even finish the first episode. Also the FL character is too much on the gray sides so she appears selfish and rather Machiavellian.
There is a drama from this year that I like: "Novoland Castle in the sky 2 (season 2).
Wow. I could not even finish the very first episode of Novoland: Castle in the Sky 2 before I dropped it.
The tiny-microscopic golden wings of that daughter were too comical for me. Compared the beautiful majestic golden wings of her father, hers were cartoonish. And the non-stop comic relief tone of that second season largely diverted from the stoical and solemn tone of the first season. That second season was a big letdown for me.
Lost Love in Times - Clear and intelligent storyline - Strong ML and astute FL - Off the chain chemistry, synergy and symbiotic partnership - Badass fighters - Mesmerizing choreography fighting sequences - Adorable and loyal younger brother - Plenty of magic - Amazing CGIs - Hardly any annoying characters - Exquisite wardrobes and stunning makeup - Perfect OST (Because Of You by William Chan)
These kind of storylines are just side-story-cdrama-fluffy-fillers for me.
- Joy of Life
- Cross Fire
- Love and Redemption
*Giving, there were GAZILLIONS and GAZILLIONS of side-story-cdrama-fluffy-fillers this year.
Where and how did you find the time to watch them all?
L&R is our only comparable one.
- Joy of Life
- Cross Fire
- Love and Redemption
*At least, we agreed on one.
But it was not my types of cup of tea.
I like strong and mature storylines.
I don’t like side-story-cdrama-fluffy-fillers.
Lol:)

That is why; I am not sure about the rumors with season 2.
It’s very unlikely.
However the Chinese entertainment industry has been known to change things left and right in the pursuit of profits.
Who knows...
I can’t even finish the first episode.

But “Suum cuique” to each their own...
In a historical Wuxia romance drama...
This is what I call “A Chinese Noona Romance”
Would it work?
I am most definitely intrigued.
BRING IT ON!!!
Fyi:
I hope Sa Ding Ding gives us a mesmerizing OST again for The Long Ballad, as she did for Ashes of Love.
All these supports from K’s fanbase...
Imagine how more exuberant we would have been if he had actually made it through the final selection...
Happy birthday K!!!
We will always be here, waiting for you debut!!!

I was like “Damn dude! You’re dirty!!”
NEVER!!!
The “Si Feng’s After Effects” never really go away...
LOL
As a supporting cast, she did so well in Arsenal Military Academy.
I really thought Dance of the Sky Empire would be a walk in the park for her.
