Calling a drama ‘trash’ or ‘bullsh*t’ is just plain rude.

FR! That’s what happened when there are too many modernised Kdramas with ‘strong’ FL that they started to become a trend. And then Kdrama watchers (especially the newer ones) would expect a FL to be outspoken and those who are not, would be considered ‘weak and stupid’.

I call those types of people ’woke’. 🙄

Your comment reminds me of a comment on Tiktok saying her hairstyle here suits her character’s personality. And I agree.

DWY is the reason I fell in love with Rowoon. Not just because of his looks, but his personality as well. So I already planned on binging his other dramas after this one ends. I can’t watch any new dramas right now because my brain keeps thinking about DWY. 😭

Hi there. I just dropped by here to say THANK YOU so much for recommending “Destined with You” to me that day. I LOVE it so much. It went wayyy beyond my expectations (not that I set any sort of expectations before watching it though).

I’m really glad I chose to watch DWY first before any other Kdramas that people suggested. I thought it’d be just like another trendy Kdrama that I’d watch just to kill time and finish only for the sake of finishing what I’ve started.

But it gives me nostalgia from 2014-2016 Kdrama era. It doesn’t feel too ‘modernised’. And I love the complex & non-linear narrative in the scriptwriting. It doesn’t make me feel bored at all.

So all in all, you played the biggest part in this. You’re the very first reason I decided to watch “Destined with You” and get out of the Kdrama slump. ❤️

IANAR is definitely my most favourite Kdrama of all time! It’s what made me a Yoo Seungho’s die-hard fan. 😂

Dali & the Cocky Prince, I put it on-hold earlier this year when I was in a Kdrama slump. Couldn’t get into it.

Yes, but as a plot device. It doesn’t affect the main couple’s relationship in a bad way, instead it brings their relationship forward.

I’ve always felt something off about her, I couldn’t tell exactly what it was but at some of her comments, I felt like she loves attention.

In fact, I used to go back and forth between subscribing & unsubscribing to her channel, many times.

Until this happened. I knew I should’ve followed my heart. She IS an attention seeker, and she knows it.

Some comments from DWY fans said she’s a hypocrite for doing this, but of course she denied it!

I posted my own comments to tell her off before I unsubscribed and set her channel as ‘not interested’.

Wait what? She prefers NAYEON?! Oh, all the more reason to not have her on my YT.

“100 Days My Prince” is so good! I rewatched it 2 times. It’s a light historical Kdrama with some mystery. Highly recommended! 💕

I haven’t watched other dramas from this writer tho.

Let me just rewatch I’m Not A Robot, again.

If you haven’t:
1. I’m Not A Robot (my #1 favourite romcom Kdrama, light and cute)
2. The Fiery Priest (very funny, feels original)
3. Crazy Love (similar to DWY - a mix of light & dark genres, a lot of easter eggs)
4. From Now On, Showtime! (Underrated, modern-past lives crossover like DWY)
5. Partners for Justice S1 & S2 (investigation genre, very good to binge)
6. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (very light, gets kinda boring after they start dating but it’s enjoyable)

I’d like to suggest a Cdrama too, “Hidden Love”. The best romcom of all romcom dramas for me.

Oh yes, forgot to mention that it has some dark tones to it.

The writer also drops clues since earlier episodes like scattered puzzle pieces.
