i have not watched the first season so in my opinion rn, its kind of good!
the first season was a bit of a higher production, and it got better as the series went on. But what people complained about was the changes to the story. This one seems to have lower budget...
Did medusa made an appearance? Cause I didn't see her. Or maybe just a brief moment?
No, multiple characters were not in it... this is a strange one, because I heard about the series that started airing recently (the second season), but not about this move. It could be possible there are 2 companies working on the same story? And this is only the first part of the movie?
Is this season 2 or a rewrite? People complained about the changes in season 1... are they changing stuff again…
So season 2 will be like in the novels? They are coming back on track. I usually don't mind if the story changes a bit if they keep the characters true to the original essence... But in season 2 they changed some of them so much it felt they were other characters just using the same names from the novel :))
Season 1 cliffhanger frustrated me so much and here we are for Season 2 but the casts changed 🥹

This series is not as bad as Critical Voices writes. It is certainly not an absolute top, but I liked the drama.…
I don't know how bad others said it is, but it's horrible because the writing is horrible, from the point of view of a professional writer, this is just horrible. Nothing makes sense... I understand the plot but it's forced, it does not flow... it had potential, it looks good, has a nice budget... the actors are okay, yet it's flat and the characters never develop.
congrats. you have successfully misunderstood the whole thing basically. especially the hotel scene. The girl…
Do you really make "mental notes" on every drama you watch? No hidden agenda here, I'm just genuinely curious. I can't help it they jump out :) After learning the theory and what is expected, while watching a project I notice all the small things.
objective = not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. (what I wrote about the character were observations based on her behavior, not my personal feelings) .
"If someone says "no" but thinks "yes" - it's their loss then" Exactly!!! but that is why I mentioned the context, because in this show that was the FL's problem and what she had to learn. She was not capable of saying yes, she was too embarrassed to face her desires. Usually, the girls that I met in my life that were like that were from certain cultures where girls were not that vocal about romance and sex. This can fall in the double standard or expectations for girls to be pure or God knows what more. The girl said it was too fast, then the guy did not do anything, he mentioned canceling their plan because it was too fast. The cuts were strange in that part.
Then they travel as a group, after some time. Before they got together, the guy started approaching her and they were interrupted, the guy was frustrated and the main girl said I promise you next time we will travel alone. Then the entire hotel thing happened. And when they were in bed they kept sneaking glances at each other, there was an interest from her as well (but it would have never manifested directly, because it was not in her personality). She said "You cross the line, are you a dog? " she did not say she's not ready any more, she said that they should be decent and not act like animals He barked which showed he does not mind showing that he wants her.
Exactly.. Its scary how we girls are romanticizing wrong behaviour..
Not the maturity of 7-year-old kids, I was just talking about the process, it was more for 14 +, I wanted to say that teens should not be so naive and immature to take TV series as real-life role models. The influence should not be that strong. No, I did not say you said they are retarded, I meant that generally, after reading multiple comments people sometimes treat teens like they can't think.
this man has yet to "WOW" me but i really think he's attractive. i have wanted to like him since 2019 but after…
I loved a controversial drama with him, one that was heavily misunderstood by a lot of people, but that I believe is very multi-layer and interesting. "Things are not what they seem", it's the phrase that describes the drama the best. As someone who studied script writing, I think the writing of the drama is amazing but the directing is also amazing, I also love the way everything is presented to the viewers, what the characters say, doesn't match at all with the actions/the truth of the drama. The drama is called Nevertheless, (2021).
