I don't know what to think. I love dark and gritty stuff, and obsessive love is definitely my thing but that's…
This is what I understood about the movie or situation. You know that there are stories out there (good and bad) about people meeting eachother and having an incredible bond, passionate, it's like they can see through everythnig and it's like they have known eachother forever... That is how the characters are presented. At first we think one is a bullie and the other is a victime, but if we take a look at what we are shown we see that the "victime" was alredy curious about the "bad guy", and when they made eye contact for the first time there was an unspoken exchange going on. The way the scene was filmed it told the viewer it was not a simple look/ acknowledgement. Then when the bully steped up the "game" the victime seemed intrigued. It felt like in a way the bad guy was testing out his theory, and the victim accepted the proposition fast, he did not look scared he looked excited. The 2 guys already had an unusual interest in each other. Down the line, we are also shown and told that the bully was possessive of the guy, he did not like him to connect with others, while we are shown/told that the "victim" likes games, and is called a "perv", he is also possessive in a way for the "bad guy". The 2 felt an attraction towards each other from the start but were never direct, they played games, and they did not care about others. For the dark scenes, I don't mind at all, if I know from the start what type of movie I am watching. I feel that in darker movies it is acceptable because the movie needs to be faithful to the message and story, if the story is dark it won't hit the viewer accurately if it's censored. Since this project it's not about fluffy stuff, the imagery needs to fit the concept. I always take my time before watching such projects because they have a strong impact and I can't watch a lot of projects like this at a time. It also showcased the Yakuza accurately (not like other projects that make them look heroic), from documentaries and interviews, people know they are violent, they kill, are involved in human trafficking, and so on... everything behind the scenes. They also say they recruit people from schools, they go for the problematic kids, and, lately, it is said that 30-40 % in the yakuza are now people with ages between 20/30 years old. So the last phrase was a proposal... interesting
All the things in this article are interpretable, there are no facts presented just interpretations, so I can not say any of these incidents are racist. But there could be different cultures and protocols in place and misunderstandings can happen, plus people are extra sensitive and the race card is always used...
It says that Wuliang is related content. Is there a connection?
Yes there is, both mini movies were created by the same Director/ guy (Guo Jing Ming is a Chinese young writer, producer, and director) and both of them were created in a Chinese entertainment TV show, about movie creation (they show and promoto young up and coming directors, writer, producers and actors).
Oh man... This is seriously confusing and the end has no meaning. I mean why made the second part... just to flee…
I figured, but it's so obvious for BLs (I know it's illegal to be LGBTQ+) because I saw some projects that were positive but then they made a second one changing the story...
I remember they did the first season, and people loved it even though it garnered a few strange points of view…
Yes, they are gods but the way they get there is a different system, read the Chinese forums. Xiao Yan is a genius boy of discipline. When he was 4 years old, he started to practice asceticism. When he was 10 years old, he got Level 9 of the practice of asceticism. they have a different leveling-up system than Xianxia cultivation. Also if you buy the book and you read the genre the Author wrote it as Xuanhuan. As I mentioned in the upper comment, they can have similar elements but the way they manifest, their importance for the development of the story, and so on is different between Xianxia and Xuanhuan.
Thank you. I was also thinking that the show can become more entertaining is the viewpoint of the storyteller changes, or if the style in which they tell a few stories changes, and so on. For example, if they bring Yoon Seo Jung in and she is mysterious, they could add an episode inspired by film noir. The story can be interesting and become even more interesting if the style changes from time to time. We know she had a difficult period when she was found by Dr. Romantic, now she could be fighting for justice in a complicated crime case, making the story mysterious, flashbacks, returning to the hospital seeking help... They could bring more dynamic parts that don't always start in the hospital, or that are not always mainly related directly to the hospital, so they could think of a story on a larger scale.

There is no such thing as fusion, each genre has certain characteristics, Xianxia is one thing and Xuanhuan is something else, it can't be both because they contradict each other. Further on the line it is still a Xuanhuan I read the story and watched a part of the Donghua. Xianxia is mainly focused on Chinese mythology and culture, developing its actions influenced by Daoism, yin-yang, and the idea of duality, fantasy and supernatural abilities developed through the cultivation of Qi, the existence of multiple realms such as human, beast, heaven, demon and so on. They also have multiple lifetimes. But they don't have multi-leveling and they can't break through space, they don't have magic, and Western influences like Xuanhuan does.
I would definitely want to see Seo Jun in the team as well but I think they really have to work on stories since…
True. they should think outside the box, maybe shift the entire story with a suprising plot that is bigger than just the hosital... I mean in our days we went through a pandemic, there are wars breaking out and huge event would make the story shift and not make it repetitive. It would be interesting to see the hospital cope with such scenarios, or see the doctors even going into the field. It would be interesting and dinamyc for a few episode. They could be doing research for new medication or they could have rare and interesting cases. while having the interesting character developement and dynamics.
He is a guy, but at the same time he is a transvestite likes to dress as a girl and he is not trans, he does not…
I understand what you mean :) I grew up in the early 90s when LGBT was just those 4 and not LGBTQAA+, I am confused today with how many genders and how many ways people can identify as, I just tuned everything out. I am not even from an english speacking country so when they try to change language as well with all the pronouns, I am at a loss :)). People just love to complicate things to get attention.
No one can be a they, he is a boy, and it's extremely homophobic fetishes towards real gay/lesbian people we have…
He is a guy, but at the same time he is a transvestite likes to dress as a girl and he is not trans, he does not think about himself as a girl. No one is attacking the idea of "gay" :)

I am curious to hear what you did not like, or what part trew you off?
This is a list of his projects.

They have similar things but the way they are presented and the reasoning it's different.
