I've watched chinese paladin 3 first. As it's mentioned as prequel to chinese paladin 2005... How exactly this…
These series are based on video games, they have 7 now, they all take place in the same universe but different time periods. The number in the name represents the number of the game it is inspired by. The stories have their own adventure so they can be watch separately, but in some future characters from other CP may make an appearance :)
I really want to watch this but a lot is hating on ML character here😭 also is Ayin the Phoenix Queen? Or just…
I love the ML character. It's the first drama in which I understand the sacrifices and the "sad" parts or misunderstandings do not frustrate me. Usually, when the ML does something for the greater good or when the ML forgives bad behaviors (of the bad characters), it feels selfish, but in this drama, I did not think so. First, in this drama, the actions of his aunt and other people he was not aware of made him, in a way, a victim/innocent. The moment he found out the truth, he spoke up and put those people in their place. He even said he would not forgive their actions and punished them. As for the communication of his suffering, I can understand, that his identity was hidden all his life, he is the type that likes simple things, the human realm, he is humble but he is good and he puts others above himself. He is very aware that "with great power comes great responsibility" and he is the embodiment of that, which is why he is a great leader, he can put his personal feelings "away" and put the realms in first place, he has a great capacity of self-sacrifice. People are annoyed by him because he takes these serious decisions alone and does not tell the FL and she ends up suffering, but I don't think she blames him for that, because she is a queen as well, and she understands the responsabilities of a ruler. I think a lot of people misunderstood or did not notice the little things, that made the ML a good character, his actions were reasonable, and every time he made mistakes he recognized them and fought to make up for them. I feel like his reactions were fast.
I actually liked this drama!c :) I know that Korea is not used to doing such shows, the few they did were based more on Asian mythology which I feel they are more familiar with. I did feel like Christianity inspired them but the interpretation is different and somehow mixed with superstition, so I could imagine they would have a few plot holes. They were scratching the surface of something, but the subject was overwhelming for them, I guess. Still, I liked the acting, the clothing, the effect, and the chemistry, so I want to encourage projects like this because I am curious about potential future projects. From here, it can only go up! :)
Its upsetting that there's still no news of another part...why make shows with incomplete endings? This, Vagabond,…
They do it for a potential continuation. Korea is not known for making multiple part shows, it's quite a new thnig for them. But they do have a lot of projects with open endings. They did the second season because the fans asked and clearly they made this season with this ending for a potential third season. They could pick it up if they have good ratings and if fans ask for another one.
so this drama already end or not? still have another season or not?
They made it look like a potential third season is posible. I guess they can do it if they get good ratings and people want it :) They made the second one the same way, because the fans asket for it. I liked both seasons, so I would watch the third one as well. :)
It's the country with the most number of celebrities' suicides in the world, by far. I read somewhere that South…
But it's the industry's fault because of their contracts and the way they promote the celebrities (dehumanizing them), which gives the fans power. It was similar in the '90s in the West when the industry made it look taboo to date and fans were more positive. The companies should, from the start, promote the idea that celebrities are allowed to date, go to clubs, have free time and relax, and make mistakes (not crimes but mistakes). They should stop sending apology letters and give fans the power to mob and conduct witch hunts. The companies should bring in therapists or psychologists to talk to trainees (give them advice and tools to fight the "fans") and have them stay in the company for counseling. Maybe they should organize activities privately for people to make sure they develop friendships and the celebrities don't feel lonely, they should let them spend more time with their family. The company should create a system of promotion in which normal interactions are accepted, they should cut the idea that fans can be possessive of the celebrity.
Even Nam Yoon Su for Love in the Big City, should not have to go through anything bad for doing a role!! The company should be strong and promote and take legal action against the fans!
I have to say that the Korean entertainment industry traumatized me. Bad things happen, yes, but I always feel like I am shaken and yanked around. One second, everything is alright, and the other, it's bad news. They are always young, talented people, the ones who never do bad things and work hard. I wish the Korean entertainment industry would revolt against overworking, the suffocating "fans", the pressure, and the bullying culture that Korea has. The Parasite director brought more attention to the issue, I wish people and companies would do that every time something like this happens. :(( because these people deserve more!!! They should have the opportunity to get help before things get so bad!!!!
I don't see her that way, from the start she wanted money , she said so her self she wanted to be rich...So after…
I felt like this show was meant to showcase "incomplete people", all the characters were focusing on finding that 1% of what they were missing or yearning for but did not pay attention to the 99% of what they got... and they exchanged them only to wake up to reality after. I felt like emotional intelligence was missing, but after all the events the characters somehow learned what they wanted and how to communicate. But that is just my opinion. I don't see it as a failure because I feel like it made me think :) so I guess it managed to move me in a way. But I did feel strange and frustrated while watching, I wanted to understand the characters but I felt like I wanted to scold them... I loved hearing your opinion, it's interesting how many people watch the same movies but arrive at different conclusions. :) In art there is not just one way.
The girl is new, people did complain about her acting. Generally no one wanted a love triangle, and it was unnecessary.…
It does not matter if they are fan girls or not, in this case because the script was bad... The worst thing that can happen to a show is have bad writing, no oscar winning actor could ever save shows like that. That was my main point.
She didnt do anything to play with his feelings it was Sun-Oh's own fault for going after Jojo
What do you mean? lol She entertained everything then randomly cut off... She literally ghosted, she is the character with worst communication in film history.
I understand where you are coming from but in this situation I feel like she did not even try... You said she…
I know I am one of them. First instinct is to put space because I get scared of getting hurt, because the majority of people are not experts at reading others or recognize someone that has anxiety/depression/social-phobia... they aren't patient and they can read things wrongly and say the wrong things. But even if it's in that situation I feel that the majority would recognize the effort. Yes, they have a trauma, they were hurt, they have the tendency to over analyze, and they are hard on themself, but they don't want to hurt others, shunting down randomly is a sign of something very serious, and her way of portraying the character... did not show the viewer she was in a "black-hole".
Another downfall of this drama was having Lee Jaewook as the male lead because he is mainly known for his dramas…
The girl is new, people did complain about her acting. Generally no one wanted a love triangle, and it was unnecessary. The writing can bring down even the best shows, no matter how good the actors are, they can't save a bad script. I am not a fan girl of any actor, I don't subscribe to the culture, but the guys are not bad actors.
Selfishly,I want him back. For him, I hope he runs far away from this ugly nasty muddy Entertainment Chinese world
He is quite active on his youtube but I feel like there should be more subscribers, I think not everyone knows about his youtube. He is working on music and has success internationally had fan meetings. I hope people will subscribe.

This is exactly right!!! :)) :))) :)))
