Title Sweet Home Season 2 Spoiler
They have officially wrapped filming season 2 and 3!
They wrapped long ago in 2021 but then now it seems they made changes, I wonder if Lee Do-hyun will be in it, officially they said it's a mistery but the first time they anounced the 2 seasons he was there. Would they cut him out?

They gave Ning Que a Dissociative identity disorder (DID) 🤣🤣🤣. He had one distinctive persona in season…
I heard it was just conflicting schedule, the way the planed out Ever night was a bit crazy, and it took so much time...

Well, all 3 seasons were done (the script) from the start, and they planned the entire book, but as for recasting they had no choice, they had conflicting schedules.
It's ok that you did not like it, it had a different energy compared to the first one, and the pacing was different as well, it just happened that it did not bother me, so I was able to enjoy it.
But yes, people have different tastes, so it is as you mentioned, some did not like it :)

Title Ever Night Season 2 Spoiler
They gave Ning Que a Dissociative identity disorder (DID) 🤣🤣🤣. He had one distinctive persona in season…
The rating dropped because of the casting changes, and people not understanding the developement of the main character. It was not on the actor, it was the story and the natural development.
The book was planed into 3 seasons from the begining, with the second season showcasing the 2 main people on the run, the world is complex and the fighting powers are diverse, there is a lot of info that has to be taken in, in order for people to understand... but usually people don't understand anything about scriptwriting and charater developement, and Ever Night has a complex one, beautifully layerd.

In the book the timeline is a few years long, and people can finish the story smoothly, but for the series they wanted to showcase changes clearly as the series was planed for 3 parts.
If the 2 seasons are watched the developement makes sense. :)

Don't think it was overacting, I mean body language and facial expressions may differe from culture to culture.…
I saw it as a style because it is so specific and it looks like they are trying to recreate the drama from the animation/manga and make things a bit cartoony :)

Yes she can laugh, still if you watch a lot of japanese live actions you will find they act similar to the characters in the manga.

I had a really different interpretation of the ending of AIB S2. I thought the joker card at the end meant that…
Not wrong entirely, the joker is explained in the manga as being a ruler of the world, a type of energy... (not good or bad). So your interpretation is kind of right when you say he has connection to the real world, he is basiclly the gateway. And life is as it is, the question is can you succeed at it with grace or not?
In the last chapter they finish by showing a lot of characters answering to the question "Why do you live/ what is life/ what is the purpose of life?" The joke is that each person have to find their answer to win... We are our own masters :)

still love the ending part. Especially the 'Joker' card, gives a 'mysterious' feeling that there might be another…
Well if they do a 3rd season it will be entierly new. They did finish the manga, and the people that read the manga also know the meaning of the Joker card.

If this is based on the manga then no, in the manga we get the explanation for the Joker and it's not as you interpreted, also it is the end.

It's interesting to see how people have different taste, I myself did not think the facial expressions were forced or unnatural. :)

Quite boring I even fell asleep a few times - 8.9, come on?This is like a 6/10 at best.Flat story, way too much…
Don't think it was overacting, I mean body language and facial expressions may differe from culture to culture. I think it fit well with the story.

I can forgive some writing oopsies now and then but the whole “nope, meteorite.” like seriously wow. how could…
If we are going religious/spiritual...
Then they all died temporary "clinically dead", and they were all presented as sinners in the first season (it was a common trait the "players" had, somehow they wrongged other) sp this could be interpreted like purgatory or hell, a world that tortures souls. But along their journey they learned lessons and they got a chance to repent and return.
This one would fit... for the series.
I read part of the manga more than a dacade ago but then it went on hiatus, when I started again I did not have the right dispzition so I skiped chapters but as I remember the ending was not that different, I think the joker was explained.

Title 609 Bedtime Story Spoiler
Not just parallel, multi ( I am a sci-fi nut from childhood and could appreciate the story, until 11.)After reading…
Yes multi :) also they showed us that Mum was not connected to the other versions, but then Dew remembered what the other Dew did... so which one is it... the rules for the uniserse jumps were not consistent for the characters.

Title 609 Bedtime Story Spoiler
Don't worry no one can, the writing is bad, but the acting and music is ok.
Well, Mum feels sick takes some pills, goes to bed and his consciousness goes to a parallel world, where he meets Dew.
This always happens in a time window, and when he travels there, the date is different from his own world.
Somehow no one can see or interact with Mum but Dew can since they sleep together.
Mun finds out that Dew has enemies and witnesses his murder, so he is determined to save him (and he obviously fails). So the Dew he loved dies hit by the car.
On another occasion, Mum meets Dew, but Dew does not know Mum... which shows that Mum travels randomly and there is no normal timeline for his travelers (there are also things that seem to be a paradox), he also finds out that in the other universe, he is the bad guy that tried to kill Dew with the gun...
After ep 10, everything moves to Mum's world, he kind of seems to be interested in Dew from this universe (even though the 2 Dews are not the same person) but decides not to say anything "for safety reasons".
Dew goes to the special apartment 609 and finds Mum's journals, reads them and remembers the memoirs of the other Dew that died (which is another stupid plothole because the writers already made a point of showing us that Mum's consciousness is not connected to the other body, but somehow Dew's is). He also meets a Mum from another universe and randomly sleeps with him, stops the wedding with Mint, and goes after Mun in the current universe.
So as you can see this writing does not have continuity, consistency, and logic, and has parts with plot holes and contradictions...
So in a general view, this is what happened, even if it does not make sense... there is no purpose for a lot of things in the plot...

Don't worry no one can, the writing is bad, but the acting and music is ok.
People kind of understood what was going on, but it did not make sense for all this to be pushed on by a Parel universe.
As they shown in the plot they contradicted themselves a bit and just mixed up the definitions... after 10 episodes nothing that happened was relevant to the story. So yes the writing was bad :)
