Well if you are asking if Dilan is as the character in the book, then yes. Ever Night is a book that has it's action taking place in a long span of time (years and years).
The character at first is arogant and confident, but in the second season/ middle of the book, he matures and becomes wery aware of his lack of power in saving his loved one (Sang Sang). Plus the guys that go against him are God level, so his oponents are way stronger.
The way they chose to film this is very layers and important, I saw it went over a lot of viewer's heads and they did not catch how the characters were created or by what they were defined. For example Sang Sang and the other girl had their characters built in antithesis (and they are supposed to enphasise how oposite the two are, one is olde the other is way young, one looks like a mature woman, the other looks childish, one is always well kep and dresses in white, the other is alway dirty, one is feminine and elegant the other is not. one atrackts the ML through her obvious beauty in a lustfull way, while the other is a life partner that means way more to him edmotionaly. They are complitly oposites, and one exacerbates the characteristics of the other (Sang Sang) at the first look.
I saw many say that it makes no sense that the ML chose Sang Sang over the other, because they were too blinded to see what was Sang Sang's worth is. But this was an intentional thing, and that is why I say the characters are layerd and so is the plot/story.
Dylan did a good job, I liked the second season, and I wish they would have done the third one as well.

From what I read he left because he had something in his real life, like he went to America to study and enroled at USC in the School of Cinematic Arts.

Years ago when this show started they did say they have 3 seasons maped out, but then the main actor had other things to do and left, and the second season was kind of sabotaged buy some angry viewers, even if the actor did a good job. They also changed the plot from the novel.
And for years now there is no news about a third season, even if there should have been one.

There were supposed to be 3 seasons of this show, but things did not turn out well because the fans were angry that the actors were changed. So they finished the story with season 2, but obviously they changed everything compared to the novel.
In the novel Sang Sang was cursed with "the cold" and kind of set up (for people to think she is bad and the one that will bring the Eternal Night), but in reality she is the child of light. She also gets pregnant and had a child.

I think they were disperate and also weeak since they were grieving. I think the "aunt" or someone edvised them to do something and try to get rid of the debt KSR left behind for them to pay back.

No, they were not criticizing him for what he did, they were criticizing him for what they think he did since they have 0 evidence.
The majority jumping to point their finger are people that project their thought on others and they take out their hate because they don't have anything else to do and they can't achieve anything in life, they are jealous of people that work hard and build something.

According to his legal team he refuted to pay. And seized Garosero's assets as colateral. Why ?well because he is responsible for everything that happened, so he need to pay KSH for loosing time and money.
After he wins his case he will get the apartment back and probably pay with the money he wins or give Garosero's apartment away...

I don't know who bad mouthing her, I never did, because I think this is not something she wanted and she never blamed KSH for anything.
I did see people question her family, but more Garosero and the "aunt".
He denied the relationship, but I think he does not owe anyone an explanation, and it just seemed to me it was the normal action every idol does. I saw no idol ever saying they are in a relationship (without being bullied). I do fallow a Korean channel and they explained that the way they phrased it, they meant they were not dating at that moment, not that they never ever dated.
The guy said that it was clear that a lawyer helped in making the response. I also asked a lawyer about the situation and they said KSH did not do anything wrong legally, they don't have a case against him.
I also have to say, all idols lie when it comes to dating, there is no exception, it's an industry thing, I don't think he did anything different compared to others.
I also never trolled or bullied anyone online, usually I am quite ok, even if people have a different opinion I think it's ok, the worse thing I called people were dumb or retard, but never in trivial matters, more like murder cases or on videos with cops forcing confessions.

I never questioned this because I don't think it would have changed anything and because it's not his responsibility. They dated in 2019 and she posted the pic in 2024, years after the relationship was over, so what could have he done if this was a private matter that she decided to go online with? You are right some of his fans never questioned him, but some people that are not his fans still support him because they question the story and the motive behind this. I know for a fact, that if the accusers would have the truth on their side they would have not proceed with this case the way they did. Even more, I know of a similar case, and I know that, if one thinks that a death is suspicious one can ask the police to investigate. The people on Garosero's team/side are using KSR for monetization and they are also using her family.

The part with the money, I know the story in a different way. From my knowledge that is not how things went down at all.
As for the legal notice, KSR talked to them about the first one, and her new CEO talked to them about the second one (she knew about it, she said so with her own mouth, she declared it officially, why she did not tell KSR, God knows, this is shady from my point of view).

Yes, I actually am not sure of the messages, I never saw one, I only saw reconstructions of messages, presented out of context that anyone could have fabricated even in paint... So I don't take that as proof, they were not forensically examined and verified. So you are asking me just to believe Garosero's words.
Let's say she tried to contact them, but they left everything to the lawyers and the layers already said they talked with her CEO and told her the letters are just a formality, so they did not want any other contact with her... That is again nothing out of the ordinary, the bank would do the same... The company was her place of employment and this was a legal matter, and I suppose you know there is a protocol and a way of doing things.

Clearly this is a war between these 2 youtubers, while this scandal that is mostly fake is going out of control. Also why is LJH regarded as KSH? Nothing with Sully was proven lol, I know the situation because I fallowed Sully when she was alive... People bullied her all the time, one of the reasons why, was because she did not wear a bra! The brother has an opinion, he may been angry but but that does not mean that KSH is to blame, also why would he protect Sully? Do you even know what the media would have done? Actors try to have very little contact as not to provoke the public or fake news.
People see things differently than others, and I think one has to be a special type of person to jump to conclusions without proven facts. Even in law people are "innocent until proven guilty", yet now everyone thinks they know facts. I talked with someone in the comments and they did say they would believe women over men, because they are a feminist, even if they don't have the facts. She clearly said the truth does not matter. So trust me, there are a lot of haters that recognize they have no facts but they still decide to live hateful content.

I looked up the las, on which the family opened a case against him.
It states that he can't be charged with anything is he only denied theirr relationship, the only way KSH could have been acused of something would have been if he posted private pictures or bad mouthed her... he did nothing like that... The pictures were posted by Garosero and Kim Soo Hyon never said anything bad about her.
So this "child protection act " under which they did something based on that fake AI recording... kind of useless.
The relationship was when she was 19... and still even the underage acusations would not stand because they were not illegal.

No, because there is a huge rise against bullying and internet persecution. After he wins his case, he will have all the suport to start taking down people. Korea alredy arested an internet bully and she is in prison.
So there is a rise against this. Even a Korean politician publicly spoke out against these internet haters. The public oppinion is shifting as well and there are multiple jurnalists that are investigating.
Garosero discredited himself, so now a strong wave of people want some head of haters to role :)) Other artists are not staying silent and started cases against their own haters.
I think after the case is over, there will be a huge movement.
Also internationaly some of his projects are still bein g streamed, so people don't actually see him as guilty. There are a few that spam hate but they are not the majority.
