OMG!! TY I have been writing this all the time but people said I am crazy!!!

Don't worry the public opinion is shifting, plus there can be haters and people payed to bring down KSH... but the truth will always surface.
I am not a big fan of his, I have another favorite actor, but from the start I wanted to be resonable and look at the truth.
I imediatly recognised that KSR had a hard life, but I also noticed her case being treated like a game and expoited for money and cliks.
The guy that "broke" the news was shady from the start, I knew of him from lies he spread about BTS.
THen I noticed that no sources ever showed their face, everything was presented by him (and we had to take his word as truth), that the "evidence" was always unreliable and circumstantial, something that anyone can fabricate in paint :))) There was never any third saurce proof or test to proove them true.
The pictures lookek pixeled but people tried to find a dot on KSH's face... how stupid is that.
Now multiple people are investigating him... I think nothing he tried to do is beliveble, and people alredy know the truth about him.

Tomorrow nothing will happen, all the credibility that Garosero had went down the drain. He dared use AI and lie about an atemted murder in New Jersy... not only that but the photos that he said were from 2015/2016 were prooven to be from 2019 as one was posted with an IPhone 11 from 2019 :)))
So his manipulation and lies all are coming to light. Plus profesional jurnalists started investigating him and this case. The lady and helped bring the Burnning Sun case to light is going after Garosero.

So true!! Plus he is presenting this as a hit, but he is anonymous so who know who he is andhis travelling plans?
If this is a hit, the 2 attackers clearly planned it and their intent would have been to kill him... but they missed his Jugular 9 times? And the guy survived and moved around in a few days?
With that type of injury the hospital is oligated to report this to the police, butthere is no such report registered, no news.
Is the i formant in debt for life? Hospitals in America are not cheap.
Even Chat GPT said there is no such attack mentioned anywhere in New Jersey on 1 May.

Well this "informant" apparently created all this on his own and tried to sell his "evidence" to multiple parties and news stations... but only Garosero accepted.
Also he may said he thought it's real because the parents confirmed it was her voice...

From what I heard there was a similar attack on another person and another day... it had nothing to do with this case or Korea.
Apparently the "recording" is AI, the attack they mentioned never happened but the description was copied from this other unrelated case. The FBI is not involved in anything related to KSH.

I like this drama, but I find it strange how some Korean dramas "talk" about abuse... The artist was abused as a kid, yet the drama tries to resolve this issue strangely, something along the lines of "I abused you because I loved you" It does not work for me.
Yes, people have hard lives but there is no excuse for abuse, if the mother was brought back into the picture she should have put her son first, preached him by saying sorry and recognizing her bad actions, then asked him to slowly accept a few meetings in a public space so they could talk, give him a chance to vent out his feelings.
The abuser in this drama acts clueless, and usually, they are not.

Yes, families need to get along and heal, but it does not always work. Both sides must deserve the relationship; there is no such thing as "the parents are always right, so the child does not have a right to an opinion" Parents and children should communicate! But in this case, the mother did what she wanted... whatever drama she had in her life, the kid paid the price.
The main girl is a good person, but she should not see the mother just as a victim and discard the kid's experience; it takes time for them to heal and resolve things. The guy would contact the mother when he feels ready.

I did not think about gaining something. I am not a big fan of his and I don't have anything agains Sae Ron.
The reason why I wrote a lot here is because I saw similar cases before and untill there was an official investigation no one knew all the truth and how things went down (untill then there were multiple naratives, speculations, and the intentions of each party were not clear) but still I saw vishos comments and just a lot of hatred from both sides in the comment section. Depending on what was said I tried to call out certain acusations.
But I am aware that people are sensitive to the subject, and I know people come from diffrent places... Many would look at my country in a bad way, because just like in Korea, in my country underage teens can date over-age people, and it happens a lot and it's not because gassliting or manipulation.
So I obviously did not jump with hate at this news, but I though a lot that there was a person that died.
No matter how I look at this I could not blame only KSH on her death, that is my opinion, because from my point of view her life was so hard that there are multiple reasons why she did it... Everything in her life is part of the situation, I can't just signal one thing out.

I prefer to not point fingers, ask questions and wait for an investigation before I write mean things. But I do like people discusing things and going back and forth in a civilized manner.

I would want the police to verify the evidence shown.
So, if they take all the pics and they say they are not fake and they say the dates... same with the messages. Also, I would appreciate it if they would show the entire conversation so I could see the context.
Because for me, it's a she-said-he-said situation.
They came out with pictures, and they said they are lovers, he said they are not. The picture in which they were kissing was from 2019, and they dated then.
Having a selfie with someone does not mean a relationship.
The texts were sent from her cousin's phone... Handwritten things are better, that way they can prove who wrote them.
So if the police investigated, they would have to affirm what is real or not.
Because the family has a narrative and the actor has another... And usually, the truth is somewhere in the middle.
He went to the digital forensic analysis and showed that the texts shown are not conversations with him or even with the same person... but again that is his word... those papers can be fake. I need an official investigation to go through both sides and say what is real and what is not.

I said so from the beginning. Why didn't the family go to the police from the start? Their main accusation is that KSH had something to do with her death. That is serious, they would have asked for them to investigate.

I am still not sure they dated from when she was 15.
They broke up in 2020 the DUI was in 2022 he had nothing to do with her by then ( she was dating someoen else then)... so she was just an employee. They helped her out and she got 3 years to pay back.

But she was not his employee. People keep saying it's his company, it not. On paper the company is under his brother's name and he is an asociate... Also if it's such a huge company there are more people involved in running a company, executives and so on.
You would be kind in helping, but no company running a bussines would.
No company would want to lose money over someone. Also it's Korea, I think things are better now but from the majority of case if celebrities f-up they a kicked out.

He is an asociate, he is not a big boss, not even on paper. The main share holder is his brother. And the asking money part was after 3 years and it was by the legal team.
There is no way you owe money to the bank or a corporation and you can not pay it back...
Also from what I know the company helped her while she was under them, they always coverd the hospital bill when she did self harm...

Yes, circumstantial evidence.
You see when someone with a motive says something a third party should confirm it (proper investigation) to prove the evidence is true. Because a pic of a text or pictures can just be taken out of context and changed. The technology is crazy today.
I can't trust any version fully.
I already saw a similar story all proof... But the truth came out after the "victim" was sued. A lot of the text was manipulated, taken out of context (cut in a way to change the narrative or conversation), and it was found out the "victim" was not a "victim". I think the case was 2 years ago or something. The guy kind of lost his career, he is active but lost his company and work. Only for people to find out he was innocent.
A third party should investigate in my opinion.
He has things to fight for (so he has an angle) but the family is the same.
