I never save links. I remember being in the comment sections and seeing haters. But I think people just envied her. It's Korean society they are such perfectionists, they can find any reason.

From what I know she was bullied even before the DUI. There were rumors on the internet bad-mouthing her and her family.
I think they came from envy, she was on the screen from when she was 9, and she was an S lever child celebrity. So I guess people envied her. I can't find any other reason.

The story about the 6-year-old relationship is strange.
First, they say it was an "open secret" but somehow the parents only found out when she was 19, even though the actor was sending letters openly to their house from when he was in the military (2017-2019). So I find the story strange, and it makes me question it.

They did not forget the loan... it was a contract. They gave her 3 years to pay back, but she did not.

I don't care about the public opinion... I care about the law. What I mean by that is that many actors and other entertainers in Korea had relationships with under age girls... and they are still working and nothing happened to them. But this is more abouth his role in her death, which is the main reason that he can be charged. In the other case with the parasite actor, the women that threatened him and pushed him to take their life, were charged not only for extorsion but for actually contributing to his death.
I understand your point of view, but in my country it's the same as in Korea (the definition of pedo is diffrent) so there are under age teens that have relationships with older guys (16 can date 21 max), and I know first heand many of my friends and even some of my famly members merrid older guys. But the society is diffrent, the majority of my class mates were married with children untill they reached 27 years old. My best friend married after she graduated, he boyfriend was 5 years older, the yhave 2 kids and are happy. My cousin and her husband got together when she was 15 and he was 18.
So generally people marry faster hera, by law people can marry at 16 with parental consent. The divorce rate is only 26%. Teens can also drink with parental consent. And what I saw with my generation is that they were very active sexualy even if they were under age (I was the exception somehow, the odd one out, and some kept bringing it up- I guess what people call pressure into sex, never worked on me).
So the society is diffrent.

Wrong, in 2015 age of consent in Korea was 13. So it would not even be illegal. In 2020 they changed it to 16...
Anyway, he said he dated her only when she was 19 for a year.

If there is a company contract there are protocols and other people involved, the boss and the big names don't personaly get involved.
The company is registered to his brother, nothing is in his name, and he is an asociate but the legal part is taken care of lawyers.

You know her father said she took her life after watching the content of a youtuber. And as you mentioned people expressing themseves on the internet negativly was part of what killed her and many others.
You can punish this guy the right way for doing something wrong but you can't bring him back to life is something goes wrong. It's not about disrespect, it's a bout doing thins with a composed mind and at the right time.

Pics of a text out of context is not enough, pics without proof of date not enough, comments of fans saying they gifted them to him in 2016 (not proof), typed statements on PC (not proof -because anyone can type up soemthing and sign another name under it).
This is all hearsay and circumstantial. That is why hand writen things are better and the police even vertifies the mach of the hand writing (because they cover all bases), evidence should always be without a doupt.
The person who went to the youtube channel in the name of the family, (because it's not blood-related), should have gone to the police in my opinion, or showed her face. If she is in the industry she has to have some credibility, and she should have taken pictures of the actual written journals. All the evidence was taken to the police and asked for an investigation for the reason of death if they suspected she was in some way threatened and pushed to her end.
Making a scandal out of it, with people taking advantage and monetizing her death, turns this into something disrespectful.
Plus the family would also have some financial incentive to attack the guy because they would have to pay the debt now that Kim Sae Ron is dead.
This is why people are divided on this and don't believe all the allegations.
I don't like to attack anyone before an official statement is out.

The news was told by a youtube scandal channel, that is known for being unreliable and spreading lies, any there were idols that took their life because of the fake news.
You are quoting his words now? Put down the proof for it.

I am not a fan of his or a hater of hers but generally I need official investigations to believe it and also I wrote about her as well and not bad things. She is a victim, if it's the bullies and her family or the actor's fault that hast to be seen.

If it's true and they found out, came to the conclusion he is bad, they would have stooped her from seeing him. How? They had the right she was under age, and they would have went to the police.

Also the thing is that before 2020 the age of consent was 13 (international) 15 korean age, she was 17 korean age when her family said they dated, so it would not even make it illegal. But from what we know is that she was a fan of the actor and they worked at the same company/agency.
Anyways I want an official investigation because everything I read about sounds shady and questionable.
Also the family has reasons to create scandals because they need the money to pat the debt.
Kim Sae Ron did not accuse him or blame him, not even in the last letter.
It's a tragedy that she died, she was young and talented, but her family should not monetize her death.
Anyways if it turns out to be a lie then what? No one care about that.
