No, they were planing on something from the start, because the father came out saying the youtuber had a horrible effect over her and they were angry on what was said about KSR. But the Youtuber had nothing to do with KSH, but they continuously blamed KSH even for her death.
They kept puting out circumstantial evidence acusing him but said they don't want to put everything else in order to what? He was alredy labeled and attack why act like they tried to protect him? They are blaming him but suing the youtuber...
Now they come out with this letter and the content does not make sense.
They the marriage certificat is published? The parents say is not true... but at this point I whant to know if they knew anything that happend with their daughter... both sides have circumstantial evidence and there should be an official investigation.

But nothing new came out, one scandal youtube channel posted something and than the other media companies repeted the info, nothing new was said. Those pictures were alredy on the internet before, the new thing was the twist of the story. But the relationship was not prooven.

But again, they put out a handwritten letter that she wrote in 2024 that makes 0 sense, why only put it out now...
First of all, they could have just released this from the start and made it clear, but they did not; they went in circles and created a scandal... Plus, the content of the letter does not make sense, because they broke up in 2020, and from there until 2024, it seems that they are implying they were communicating, but suddenly, when there is a legal issue with the company, she said there is a misunderstanding on an emotional level?
Like, why would she bring up the relationship when the misunderstanding is legal and with the company? She tried to contact them through messages from different numbers, but a handwritten letter where she mentioned the relationship, which has nothing to do with the "misunderstanding" would do the trick?
They keep saying they want her name to be redeemed, but then they attack someone who has nothing to do with her name. At this point, they just need to blame someone...

I think the actress is playing Fu Ling very well.
But even so, until now, I find her character irredeemable, and I don't think she deserves a happy ending.

You are right :) I had an exchange with someone on youtube that was insulting me and being mean. I did not mind but he mentioned he enjoys contradicting people online because he does not have to hold back and he considers it as "not real". He also mentioned he would never do something like this in reality... (I understood what he meant but I don't have the same opinion).
I did not answer back but it made me think that even if the "internet is not the real life" it has consequences in real life, because people do take their life and it's not something to take lightly.
Also from my point of view, people should not act properly only because others are looking, and change the way they are when they think they are anonimus... One should be kind even if no one is watching.
But since no one has to face the consequences of what they say on the internet and their identity is unknown, they feel confortable being mean.

Also , I don't know if you read my other comments because I wrote a bit about this, but just in case, I will mentione here a short version.
Sae Ron, worked all her life, she was not a normal child, she had the life of an adult and was constantly spending time with adults. She was a fan of KSH, they were work collegues and were in contact 6 years... The same things can't be said about her parents. So all these years the only constant contact was KSH. He may have spent time with her, seen her as a friend, cooked for her, made sure she was ok. And in 2017 he went to the military, wrote to her because they were both lonely... from what I know KSH also did not have an easy life and the most normal family.
And maybe at 19 she conffesed and he accepted, maybe because he could not say no, and in the end they broke up. Human relations are complicated, mistakes can happen, no in all cases is about abuse.
We don't know the truth, and the naratives are different out there.
But now there are active cases, and we will get the truth soon.

To tell you the truth, if he dated her at 19 I don't mind it, maybe after geting out of military he felt the need for romance, who knows. Maybe it was just a circumstance and he did not pray on her. And maybe it did not last because he realized he does see her as a sister or family (because dating someone does not mean 100 % you had sex with them, in my case is the same I had more boyfriend but I was intimate only with one).
But online the acusations are way mrore than that, they are basicly accusing him for her death, that would make him a murdered... Some even acused him of being a seriall killer, blaming him for way more deaths. And all this comes from one side.
On the other side, other articles, with photos, messages, interviews and voice recordings are out, saying she was married with someone from New York US, again just like the other one, circumstantial evidence from my point of view... People just don't know.

So know I sit here and I tell myself, KSR died and bullying was 100% a part of it. If KSH turns out inocent and everything that happened to him and was said to him we know can't be taken back... then what? No one will take responsability, and everything was will be brushed under the rug. He will be just another victime of the internet.
From the latest news, we found out that his company sued, Garosero, the "aunt" and the family and they said that this is only the beggining and that now he will pull out all the proof.

So clearly there are 2 versions here and it just might be that the the truth is in the middle and that all that was shown was just interpreted in a dirty way.
That is why from the begining for both sides I said the proof is only circumstantial, that a real investigation will be the only one that will show us facts and that people, no matter how disgusted, should wait untill the end to attack. Because if not they might just turn out to be the bad guys.

Yes, no one should blame any party. The truth will come out.
But the internet is going crazy, because now the other youtuber came out with the article about KSR marriage and the voice recording... and KSR best friend allegedly confirmed it. Her family is angry and the company made their move. They sued the Garosero, the " aunt" and the family and said that this is only the start, because now they can start showing evidence. So, I find this scandal insane and very complicated.
But anyways KSR had a hard life and she was a victim anyways. She worked all her life, she did not have a childhood, she was mature, her family was also in pain (mother having issues father never a constant figure), fighting alone, being bullied from an early age, a past attempted suicide by her mother with the family, being bullied even in her teens and attempted suicide by her as well (as the father said)... and now the new alleged news... Even if the part with KSH is not true, she still had a hard and painful life, she was a victim of circumstances. I wish the adult in her life would have asked her to go to therapy to have professional support, because I think she felt lonely.

I know the content and what they said. But they did not say they are love letters and I was saying I did not consider them love letters from the content (this is just my oppinion).
I wrote I love you and I miss you to my friends as well, I actually did write letter and I have some right next to me :) and it was not in a romantic way.
He said he wrote to multiple people and I nkow that while being isolated and while writing people can get emotional. I also imagine you would write "I miss you and I love you" to people you care about, after being isolated for a year or more.
This is just my opinion, but if people what to give a dirty twist to something they can, and the same thing dependiing of the story can look inocent.
The reason I say this is because when I was 10/11 I was very close to a teacher, he was obviously way older than me. He actually died a few year ago.
He was an art teacher and he was my inspiration, I learn alot of things from him and he encouraged me (in the end I chose to study art thanks to him). But everyone else was afraid of him.
I used to spend more hours in school with him and the took pictures of me, and I ended up having a lot of paintings. My parents liked him a lot.
But the kids in school kept making stupid jokes, "ooo you are his girl friend"... very stupid!
The idea is that this man never did anything wrong and I was never hurt. But people could have interpreted things wrongly.

Even this art teacher, took time off of his programe because he recognised I enjoyed art and without money he helped me learn.

Yes, I understood. What I meant to say by this is that from what I know people saw them but no one saw the nas dirty. Now that someone said "Hey these are dirty" without an official investigation, people still agreed they were.
There was no "innocent until proven guilty". At this point, we just had the accusation, and people just condemned him.

Teen usualy can't navigate complicated situations, but I think it differs from country to country. The reason I say this is because, there must be a reason the age of consent of each country is diffrent (the society is diffrent, the maturity is different and maybe even what is required by teens is diffrent).
I wrote in the comments that in my county the law are similar to the Korean laws. I also mentioned that teens are more mature and are sexualy active and some do have relationships with overage partners.
And I know for a fact, they were not groomed of forced. I saw with my own two eyes the teen persuing older people, and in some of the case they got married have kids and are happy. Teens can also drink alcohol with parental aproval/supervision, they can get married at 16 with parental aprooval, and some do get married at a younger age (the majority of the girls I know, even from highschool, by 27 they were married and with kids). The rate of divorce is not high is only 26%... So things somehow work fine under diffrent laws or rules. Dispide these diffrences between lets say US laws and my country... in my country we still function well. Not a lot of cases of crime (if I remember right my country has one of the lowest crame rates in Europe), even with teens drinking from time to time, there are not a lot of cases of overdrinking...
I also what to be clear that, pedophilia exists and is seen as bad, but it is defined diffrently, and I guess it is like this because teens are sexualy active. In my country we do consider grooming and taking advantage bad. But the law sayis it like this, it is illegal only is an over the age person tries to corrup and sexualize an under age person that is innocent and is not alredy sexualy active. So is someone under age is sexualy aware and active and they want to be with an older person, that is not seen as bad. Only if an adult person tries to pray on someone that does not understand sexuality (is still inocent) and they try to sexualize that person, is considered illegal. The oppinion of the under age person is the most important and a psychologist is always consulted in this cases.
If this guy had bed intentions and he did dirty stuff, he will pay one way or another, it's the way of the universe, no noe escapes. But if this situation was not like that, I hope he will not be another victime and take his life.
I nkow 100% that Sae Ron was not a usual kid, and that her life and circumstances can not be compared with a simple normal kid. She was always interacting and working with adults and she was living like one. She worked as a model from 1 years old and transitioned in to acting in 2019 at age 9. She at 15 worked more than a lot of lazy adult do. She was mature and admirable. But unfurtuntly she was bullied froms school from a very young age and she did not fave a stabile family situation. This is why I did not automaticaly think that her being around adults makes it in a dirty situation.
But this youtuber you said is bad did exactly the same thing Garosero did. So that is why I thought non of what was showen is 100% and that the carative could have been twisted.
The famly even said that they are not exactly going aste the actor, they want the youtuber and the lawyears. They said they kind of need the scandal with the actor to get to the other 2.

No, legally he can't be in trouble for grooming. Legally he did nothing wrong, because the age of consent was 13 in 2015 in Korea. The parents didn't even accuse him of that. They accused him of cutting her off when she was very low morally, and pushing her to despair.
Their lawyer said they want to get the youtuber (that said that Kim Sae Ron was married with a guy from New York, even aborted a baby) because the parents said they want Sae Ron's name to be cleared of such rumors. The Lawyer also said they want to get the layers that sent her those letters.
They sued the youtuber for now. They did not open an official case directly against the actor. Now people looking at this they say it's hard to open a case against him. The dating thing was not illegal at that time (the law change only in 2020 making the age 16 now), everything on the company is not on his name, it's on his brother's name, he is just an associate/partner. So on paper no one needs his approval or signature, no action is his decision or under his control.
The internet spiraled with the stories, now some people even indirectly call him a serial killer, blaming other suicides on him.

I watch a guy on YouTube who is usually very objective and calm and never bashes on anyone. In this case, he said he was a fan of the actor but he tends to believe the family.
Anyways, he is Korean worked in the Korean media but is now independent. And he speaks flawless English, so he presents everything to foreigners. The name is Seoulite TV.
He usually is not pointing fingers and he keeps calm and objective presenting all the sides and also interacting and trying to answer questions from the comment sections and addressing concerns. He just dropped a video. And I found out that one of the reasons that the fans might have been bullying her and her family is that apparently, the family was not stable. The mother is known for having some issues, apparently, she tried to take her and her family's life once, and she was stopped. and the father was always in and out, so not constantly there as a stable parental figure.
So the haters just always found reasons to bash them.
Also, it is said that Sae Ron, because of her being an actor, spent a lot of time with adults. So for work purposes, she was always surrounded by "stranger" adults. But I am curious who were the adults that were there on her off time? Because if no one was there, that meant she had to fend for herself alone the majority of the time.
This information just makes me think this case may be even more complicated to figure out because even that base situation is not normal, so the reasoning behind decisions can be also unusual.

No, I knew of GS before this scandal. He was one of the channels spreading things on BTS... inventing stories about their military and he was the one taking New Jean's side in that scandal.
So even before this story, I thought he was shady, even more, when by official investigations his content was proven fake.
He has an agenda and he is very politically charged, he has extreme views. Did you see his videos? He has propaganda.
Anyways, he has hits and misses as well... that is why in my eyes for now this story can go any way. I do want an official investigation.

I don't think it's easy to be a child celebrity, even in the west, a lot of them had spiraled out of control.

I even saw some say that her mother is young and maybe she did not know how to handle the situation.
Anyways. When I herad the news of her death I got pissed at the industry, too many die very young. I am traumatized. But still I don't want to attack another person before 100% official investigation. Too much pointing the finger on the internet.

They had a contract of 3 years when they covered her. And since they had a paper trail, they said they had to send the letter as protocol.
If I remember it was also mentioned in the media that they had a verbal agreement, that she could pay everything back slowly. That is why in her text she mentioned something similar.

In the West suicide is seen as a sin... in the East not so much. In Japan, suicide can even be seen as something that can bring you honor in some cases. The baseline in Asia is 100% not the baseline in the West. It's not rare at all.

In my country, if one takes their life, they don't even get a church burial. In Christian countries, people see suicide as something unforgivable.
So the statistics of a country do not match the ones in others.
