The full episode 37 (recap +three important minutes) is on YouTube behind the paywall, but maybe that means they'll release it for free later. We'll see. Just grab the cut version kind people here provided (I already have it) and if it's officially released, good, if not - you have it.
The combination of episode 35 and the second concert broke me. I am glad that the entire crew is happy and enjoying themselves. They all deserve the best in the future since they brought us so much happiness. I don't know how I am going to survive tomorrow though.
The thing I took from today's concert is that entire cast was ready to play and everyone had a great time. That shows WOH had a great set, healthy working environment. Another plus for WOH.
The absolute devastation on Zhou Zishu's face when he sees Wen Kexing's body killed me. And that was just the first thing that killed me in this episode.
A-Xiang crying for her master. Zishu deciding it's not worth living without his zhiji and removing the nails. Ye Baiyi's absolute loneliness. This episode was a doozy. And I hear later episodes are worse, lol. Great, just great.
I was tempted to read that one but the reviews were pretty mixed on it. I was interested to see how ZZS was at…
It's really easy to read and it's short, less than 80 chapters and translation is good. I have less than 20 to go. It's different from Faraway Wanderers, more focused on the political schemes You have to be focused too while reading since there are million characters I like the characters but, yes, be prepared for Zhou Zishu the assassin. In Faraway Wanderers novel and in WOH, you were told what he was (apart from one scene that heavily hinted at it), but you didn't see it. Here it's thrust in your face. I had to take a break. He is not without conscience though, you can see how these actions affect him. It's really interesting; who is to blame for the atrocities? The knife or the one wielding the knife? Is the knife evil or the one wielding the knife. Zhou Zishu isn't the focus of the novel, but one part with him hits really hard. When (If) you read it, you'll know why.
I am reading Qi Ye and wow, some of the the things Zhou Zishu did were not just morally questionable but outright evil (the hint of one of those events is even in WOH). No wonder he accepted seven nails and accompanying fate. He 100% believes he deserves that. And one cannot really argue against that. The fact that Priest took two villains and gave them believable redemption in spite of the horrible things they both did is a testament to her (it is her, right?) talent .
Also, Beiyuan is a little bit ridiculous. I love him. He cannot see he is already caught. :D
Episode 30 is a showcase of Zhang Zhehan's acting skills. Plus, he rocks that assassin outfit like the boss Zhou Zishu is. This might be one of my favorite episodes. And just six (and a half) more to go. ;_;
Look for the link under NEWS on the lower left side. It includes subtitles. Enjoy!
However, keeping ep. 37 behind the paywall is still an asshole move, imho.
