Oh the voice <33 I fell hard for his vouce even from the trailer! I suppose it's his real voice? All their voices sound like their real ones, no hint of dubbing. And it's also shot very cinematic and professional
This is seriously good and addicting! Recently I watched Novoland: Pearl Eclipse and The Red Cuff Sleeve that were big hits and while good dramas I am 100 times more compelled watching this show that I find more interesting and where it most shines - the two main actors, especially the ML for me.
Their chenistry and natural acting, the healthy relationship they have, their personalities - everything is just so unique and realistic and passionate and emotional in the best way possible. They are both real human beings and I'm so glad the ML is a healthy functioning person that can cry and feel and express himself, so pleasantly surprised by this drama.
Can't wait till Saturday, like seriously the addiction is strong. While the above mentioned shows took me so much time to finish(I watched one episode for two whole days) I binge watched this so hard, now I'm left with the wait ;(
P.S. LY has the most smoldering eyes and smile and expression, I'm totally in love <333
hahha goodbye my princess, one of my favorite drama. i've tried so many times to finish "ashes of love" the love…
Me personally, I had some problems with the story of Goodbye, my princess, I found Ashes of love to have more consistent story-telling and the happy ending wrapped up everything nicely. Also, Deng Lun, like Chen Xing Xu is a handsome man so...it's a pleasure watching 😆 Yes, I also think Chen Xing Xu is the real deal in acting, he has so much potential but already looks like an experienced actor at that age, I am impressed! Happy that he continues with new dramas, will follow him with everything as his characters are always so interesting and different! Li Chengyin was cheff's kiss!😍 AND in Fall in Love he is yet again playing a compelling role. What I like here is that, unlike in Goodbye my princess, the FL lead is very intelligent and on par with him, seems like she will take a more active role in the story, I love that, it's a new for Cdramas! Thanks for telling, will check it out when it airs! He deserves the support 💖
Came here from Goodbye, my princess without knowing if this would turn out well...please, Chen Xing Xu, have your happy ending! An oustanding and natural actor, I became a fan! Sad ending or not, watched 5 episodes and won't give up because it seems likea good series and I'm no coward :)))) Right after Ashes of Love I watched Goodbye, my princess and now this, I must build character in my younger years :) xD
Wish the FL character would have turned ed out different and we could see some character development from her. She missed perceptiveness. I finished the drama and I must say that she's the weak link(not the actress but Xiao Feng. Along with some other characters and story lines).
I'm so tired of them not having one normal conversation with each other. Even after all the love , hatred and mistakes, even if they view them as sins...they knew each other for enough time already, one way or another the reality is that they are partners and everything that happened, happened between them or becuse of them or to them...like, you can suffer , you can part , you can decide later but just letting things happen, consciously leting them out of control, is that better? Does is hurt less? It's such a pity, they feel so much and speak so little or say the wrong things...I'm in pain...will write again here after finishing, just to let my thoughts out... ;(
I'm on episode 26. I really like the series, so beautiful and emotional and epic...but I blame Youtube for watching parts of future episodes, hurt myself so much already. I will have to endure the pain, but guys and girls, omg, that's painful and I'm starting to feel the emotions in my daily lif., Hope I can recover quickly, because it hurts sooo much, I need a hug ;(
I refused to watch this for so long but I have made a decision already, I'm going to endure. I just wish that what's coming is somewhat logical and I can normalise it in my head and find solace in the good parts. Is there a happy ending episode as I've read somewhere?
It was a really good movie! One of the most beautiful fantasy cinematographies I've seen, so enchanting and epic
More than halfway through the movie I'm realising Wang Duo plays the old master, too! And then when his story and realtionship, and that of the guardian,to the princess was revealed - wow! I literally gasped, so sad
It was a really good movie! One of the most beautiful fantasy cinematographies I've seen, so enchanting and epic <3 I know Qing Ming and Bo Ya are supposed to be the main characters but their "story" was not so interesting and enthralling like that of Princess Zhang Ping! I came to see Deng Lun but was blown away by Wang Zi Wen! What an amazing character she had to portray and how beautifully she did it! A great actress, I don't have anything elae to say - her expressions, her words, her absolutely tragic story - it made the movie a beautiful yet sad fairytale about a woman and all her feelings, pain and cursed fate. I'm actually glad now that the novie was somewhat about her because Bo Ya and Qing Ming's realtionship was implausible and their sacrifices for each other unbeliavable. I didn't see that kind of good chemistry between them nor did they have a memorable story established. Thats why their looks at the end didn't make sense. I can barely see them as good friends, let alone something more - not logical. They were more like partners ;dd That is actually good for the story and their future ones - I want to see more interesting characters and tales told like that of the princess!
I'm coming here from Ashes of Love :) I decided to watch this drama because nothing else feels epic and beautiful enough like Ashes of Love...except this one. I;ve eyed it for a long time but avoided because I never watch true tragedies but...here I am, wish me luck!
Does the love triangle gets draggy? I'm interested in this drama but I hate love triangles sniff..
The main focus is on the main leads but the second male lead is also important for the story. She never loved him in a romantic way so don't worry, the connections in the drama are very thoughtful and well made, everything has a reason. It's so epic 😍 It's a perfect balance between character driven drama ana plot driven drama!
Just finished the drama and I can't believe I waited so much time to watch it - I was amazed! What a good drama and the actors were fenomenal, I love it! Wasn't hoked like that by a drama for a long time...The story-telling was almost perfect and very original. A real gem <333 I miss it so much, I wanted more!
Turned out I was right about my previous assessments of the character of Jang Jun Woo - he was indeed a psychopath and not just a scoiopath and he was showing the signs from earlier in the series.
