Nick isn't hurting anyone though, but Ray is making Sand's life miserable
True, they both have an unrequited love. But imo Sand isn't obsessive, he's not running to Ray everytime (Ray is the one messing with him). He's standing up for himself, he's trying to protect his heart, which isn't what Nick was doing.
Oh, I'm done with Ray!! As of today I don't want SandRay. The guy keeps pissing me off. He's sexy and charming and whatever but so self-centered. He knows Sand likes him, he just doesn't care he's hurting him. He's so obsessed with the idea of having Mew, he can't let go. In a way, he's like Nick. A pathetic fool.
That kiss wasn't 'awkward first teenage kiss' that was 'Chimon looks hella uncomfortable kissing a dude'.
They're grasping at straws to defend the series. I've seen many teenagers first kisses in series and movies and they're usually not this awkward. I also feel Chimon is the issue here...
Glad to see I'm not the only one not feeling it. The series isn't bad per se, but it's definitely not what I signed up for last year when I saw the trailer. I was expecting a bit of a dark story, a real "ennemies-to-lovers" trope and a tight script. The first 2 episodes were great, I was loving the dynamics between the MCs but then it became a romcom. Kang is now a good guy and he can't have a redemption arc since they refuse to address his bullying behaviour. Overall the pacing is too fast and the directing is weak. It doesn't showcase Perth & Chimon acting ability. I'm having more fun watching Love in Translation and Naughty Babe...
I need moreπππ... Mew gave some energy in this episode that making me to warm up to him.... either he…
Yeah, Force's acting in this scene was underwhelming. He should have helped Book elevate the intensity of this scene but he was mediocre. Actually, I don't like Book but I can admit he's good at portraying intense emotions. Unfortunately, he couldn't prove himself cause he's been given only cute/reserved characters. I think Only Friends will be his best performance ever.
I wasn't feeling the first ep cause Phumjai was too much but now I'm loving it. I was surprised to learn this series was created for Daou Offroad, cause everyone could see they have chemistry. IRL they're friends, they're always together and have a lot skinship.
I don't like Book but I was proud of him tonight. He was great in this ep! After the bathroom scene with Ray you could tell Mew was acting strange, like he was bored to be there, yet if you look at it again he was digesting the info and watching BostonNick. Then when Ray was spilling the tea on them Mew was looking stressed, uncomfortable cause he knew Ray was going to tell everyone about TopBoston. That's why he punched Ray, to prevent him for humiliating him. Finally, when he confronted Top, he was intense, on the verge of tears. This is undoubtedly Book best performance ever.
I never expected Sand to be the one to disclose the audio. I was shocked and so pleased I applauded π€£. As for Boston, he's a psycho and I love it. I was speechless during his talk with Ray. Like, he's crazy!!
It was actually a good episode but it came so very late. The amnesia trope should have been the season's plot like Jack O'Frost. It would have been great character development to have Minato get brave enough to court Shin and get him back. Ep11 ending is once again a cop out, Minato still running away. This is beyond tiresome.
i feel for book. he's said in interviews before that he does read what the fans are saying on twitter about the…
And when FirstKhao & NeoMark debuted they were already better actors than ForceBook so...They're honing their craft every project they get, which can't be said for ForceBook...
I don't care what you say, I like this series. I can't help it lol. It's not going to win any award and it's a bit boring but it's cute and JoongDunk's chemistry is excellent. I didn't care about them in SIMM (awful series btw) but I'm in love with them now. Also, if SIMM has a 7.6 rating, Hidden Agenda should score higher cause it's definitely better than SIMM.
people compare to Boston with Brian Kenny from QAF...but Brian cares about Justin. We don't know if Ton is genuinely…
Exactly. Brian is a fuck boy for sure but he's not a vilain. He doesn't scheme to hurt his friends. If anything he cares a lot about them and it's his limit: not hurting them, protecting them (especially Michael). Boston is nothing like Brian.
Overall the pacing is too fast and the directing is weak. It doesn't showcase Perth & Chimon acting ability.

It's a good watch to relax after Only Friends.
