I've read novels where the omega isn't a frail thing, isn't submissive. Nowadays, some authors like to break from the mold of typical omegaverse. So Babe could be an omega even though he's not submissive.
However, you could be right that they wouldn't dare to make an AlphaxOmega pairing in the first series of the genre.

To me Babe is a bottom (omega) but I've read comments saying in the novel he's an alpha... In Omegaverse, AlphaxAlpha isn't the norm. BetaxOmega and sometimes AlphaxBeta are possible but few authors write about AlphaxAlpha.

Normally, an alpha's pheromones scent attracts an omega, and vice versa. Yet, in Pit Babe, Charlie doesn't have a scent, which is weird.
In fiction, you can take medecine to stop or reduce your pheromones scent. Maybe Charlie is taking it to get close to Babe.

First ep was good: acting, directing and not too much bgm. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint.
My only disappointment is that I didn't feel Babe & Charlie' chemistry. It 's very subdued. But that might be intentional: it's not forced like in usual bl.

Ep4 was weird; the pacing is different from the previous episodes, in a bad way.

I'm not shocked Guy kissed Tew. I believe he does like him but he doesn't get it cause he still has feelings for Wahl. He kissed Tew to move on.
I think the story is about Tew pursuing Guy and Guy finally loving someone for real (cause Wahl is a high school crush, nothing else). This will be an uncomfortable love triangle until Guy chooses Tew.
Also, Meen with the suspenders? 🤤🤤

I believe that's the whole point: Guy will start something with Tew to forget about Walh. This could create conflit in his new relationship until he finally understand he's in love with Tew.

For a sec I thought I was watching Romeo & Juliet. So dramatic...

Love how they kiss without restraint. And their NC scenes were wild, I love it!
Tbh I love MaxNat for their skinship but I hope soon they'll have a good series, cause CP and Naughty Babe were a disappointment.

Hum, I don't remember much but I think they got back together in the second to last episode.

7.5/10 for the main couple (love them!). But the plot was weak and a bit convoluted. With this kind of stories they should have focused on 1 couple and developed their backgrounds, the mafia plot, how BaiFan managed the years apart and such. The second part was rushed and unsatisfying.

18 years of watching drama and I can say without a doubt this was the worst first episode I've ever seen. The anime intro left me puzzled and then I was dying inside.
Someone should tell Domundi that comedy relies on humour, not just an actor screaming and making weird facial expressions. I'm embarrassed for Yim.

Why is it so rushed?! With 10 episodes they had all the time to introduce each character and develop Manaow and Gyoza's new friends-to-lovers relationship. Ep 1 and we already know Manaow's intention, we see that Gyoza is going to reciprocate, and that Warang is in love with Gyoza but will have another love interest... They left no tension, no surprise 😞😞😞

Remind me of Our Dating Sim. It's a cute and well acted series but too short. I would have loved more high school scenes.

Very dramatic, for no damn reason.

"He doesn't think about Wal's happiness at all. " -> What did Guy do to make you think that? We're ep2, where and how did you see that?
"...Wal isn't worth anything to him now that he's not available as a potential boyfriend" -> again, how did you get to that? It's completely normal for Guy to feel sad and abandoned now that he knows Wal doesn't reciprocate his feeling and isn't availabe as he used to be. Anyone with a bestfriend has been in this situation once their friend started a relationship. It's called human nature. Guy didn't say nothing to Wal, didn't act strange or express disappointment so why are you making a false narrative?
"acting different than usual, not answering his phone, being cagey" -> Nope, Guy wasn't cagey. He told Wal he was with his online friend all night. He didn't answer his phone just one night. Wal read their messages so he knew Guy was meeting his guild, meaning he wasn't meeting a strange person alone in a sketchy place. So why did he follow him there?
This isn't normal friend behaviour.
While I agree Wal isn't necessarily a vilain (yet), painting Guy as a jerk is a stretch and gratuitous.

Meen & Ping's chemistry is strong.

So what? It doesn't negate my point. We all understand ShunYu's situation, but it doesn't mean the characters should act like kids. I'm not saying their behaviours are unrealistic, I'm saying it shouldn't have last this long into the series.

I dislike dumb characters but most of all I hate when writers take us for fools. The misunderstanding is forced and stopped being funny after 2 episodes. We're talking about a grown ass man who can't see his boss likes him when the guy is constantly 2 steps from forcing himself on him?! We're talking about adult men who aren't aware of their mutual interest while they act like a married couple?! Give me a break. The series is the definition of stupid and lazy writing.
