Exactly! What I love about the story is how Babe and Charlie don't fit the stereotype couple. They're not supposed to be together yet they are and it's refreshing to see.

I didn't know about that. I saw the program where the makers chose them. Pavel and Pooh were always gravitating around each other so I wasn't surprised they got the roles of BabeCharlie. I think the criticism isn't truly about Pooh's acting and more about his face. They just don't like him as the dominant ML. I'm usually very critical but I'm sitting here, not seeing anything wrong with this guy's acting. Him and Pavel do complement each other acting wise.
Every week I see comments about Pooh's acting. A whole lot arguments about bad characterization. Not liking the character and how he's presented is totally ok and can be open to debate but it has nothing to do with the actor's capability. So, real question: what's the issue with Pooh's acting ? When and how did he act questionably to warrant that much criticism?
That was good! The way I screamed then laughed when Charlie saved Babe. Like it's so obvious he's the instigator. I love it! 😂. I mean, I like my naive and cute guy to be conniving when it's needed. You know he's ready to play dirty in order to help Babe. Wow, Pavel's acting during the scene with Tony. That was raw. I was shook.
