I hope this will be crime heavy, something like a cult or serial murder would be dark but suitable for the setting. If it's centering around supernatural powers i probably won't like it
heavily depends on the encode quality. but yes, in darker scenes the bitrate is sometimes too low.
and if you want to collect for an archive it might make sense to opt for the larger version, you never know what sort of tech will be around in 20 years
uhd blurays have 3 to 5 times larger filesizes than streaming services and usually visual and audio perks like 7.1 audio and dolby vision. it can make a difference also some people simply enjoy collecting them

I just looked up the crowned clown, and netflix has distribution rights for greece, so it's a different issue on your end, not the lack of licensing.
They air the show in 37 countries. That leaves 158 countries in which you can't watch it without a vpn.
We have seen two of 16 episodes, it's pretty hard to judge the story at this point
