Which part? I've read the whole book but I don't think I read something like that. The part where Itt is the uke,…
I think it means Pai is penetrating Itt's mouth with his tongue. I don't know where the translator translated it from, but I read the Thai version on fictionlog, and it's quite different. It's pretty obvious that they're just kissing there. That part more or less translated like this:
"Itt leaned down, whispering into his ear. Pai, who wanted to return to sleep, fully opened his eyes, while the hand that had been attached to the other's side went around his boyfriend's neck to pull him down. Pantoon lifted his face up to meet with the other's, as his mouth crushed the lips of the man in front of him. He penetrated inside to feel him intimately. Itt happily accepted the taste of that touch. They transmitted their feelings and warmth to each other for a long time.
So long.
So long until almost every molecules of the flesh are known.
So long until Ittikorn was satisfied and withdrew his lips."
I didn't expect this to be one the Playlist drama I like the most, I have to see the ending to decide between this and Twenty Twenty which one would be at the top of my list. I'm actually just so-so with Minhyun and Wooseok back in their PD101 days, but wow these dramas made made me their fans in an instant. Excited to see more of them ><
Whoa this is actually much better than the main story, especially in production part. The subtitle is still a huge mess, but the flow is just right, and they picked the right music for each moment. Jimmy's acting has improved so much, there's almost none of the awkwardness back in the main story left, while for Tommy, his acting still doesn't feel natural for me at times, it's just too much, but still tolerable. And I still don't like Zon's friend lol. Still, it's pretty enjoyable for me, at least more than the main story, and I hope it will get better.
Well, maybe it's because he only show up for I think fewer than 5 minutes in the whole series lol. But seeing some of the series he was in, I can say that he is capable of acting out many different characters and making it so natural and believable. From being a nasty bully in Soul Call, a caring friend in The Effect, a perverted and mischievous friend in LBC, until a rapist jerk here. Everytime he acted as different character, there's no trace of his previous ones. And he's really good at adlib, in my opinion this what makes an actor considered really good, because it truly adds flavor beyond the imagination of the director and scriptwriter. Well, it's just my opinion though :))
To be honest, Pure (Fiat) is the only one that makes this series memorable and not fall into my 'meh' category. First his chemistry with Waan (JJ), then with Folk (Aun). I kept replaying his scenes multiple times and I haven't get bored yet. Despite the short scenes he has, his story is more well conceived than Itt and Pai individually. We can see his beginning and how he gradually change when he came across true friendship, and then true love. I can truly understand his reasons and empathize with him. Also, how cute is it that they got tested together? I really like the way Folk dropped the bomb that no one likes it when their partner thinks about them when they have sex with others. In other stories I've read, saying that "oh yeah I'm getting it on with others but I only think about you" thing will suddenly makes everything alright lol, so I'm glad he addressed it. There are so many things tackled and explained well in his story.
On the other hand, I find both Itt and Pai's story confusing. Many of their actions feel so sudden that either I can't follow the process into making that decision or I fail to understand their motive. They might explain their reason later, but it just doesn't make sense to me. It's not just a case of bad acting, more of bad writing. I can't feel any attachment to their stories that I feel like I'll forget them in a week. It's such a pity because they start up great.
So why did his father go after her family? How did Na moo know he would be there? And when did he realize his…
I'll separate my answer to your questions by numbers :) 1&2) Because his father had always wanted Namoo to become like him, so he hurt people who was precious to Namoo to trigger the beast inside him. Namoo had always known it, that's why he didn't want to get close to anyone and get worried when Nakwon met his father. That's also how he could guess where his father had disappeared to. 3) I think his father had been doing that since Namoo and his brother were still so young, way before their father remarried their current mother. Their father had been wanting them to be a psycho like him and he wasn't even hiding it, so of course the brothers know. Their step mother and sister were the only one kept in the dark. 4) I could never be sure about this, since to begin with it depended on his choice whether he want to let himself be influenced and restrained or not.
For this season, it was not meant to exist but the fans wanted it so much that even with corona, they made it.…
Well, it's not impossible, but I think the possibility is small, especially if it's a continuation with the same cast, more than a remake. Because the matter isn't just whether Wabi Sabi is willing to sell it, but also if there's any company willing to take a big risk. It just rarely happens for reasons which I can only guess, but I can't really be sure about that since I don't work in that industry, so I'd rather not say anything. Well, that's all I know, sorry if it doesn't really answer your question.
For this season, it was not meant to exist but the fans wanted it so much that even with corona, they made it.…
If the thing with rights is that easy Marvel would've easily get the right of Spiderman back instead of working together with Sony, when it's the character they made. That collab even almost get cut, and if it is, Marvel has no choice but to let it go, because of that right. Well it's just a comparation, but I think it's pretty much the same in every country. If LBC was to be made again by others, it would be Wabi Sabi handing the right, not Mame.
Well for one of the series I was most looking forward to this year, this was definitely underwhelming. I loved…
Well, actually the right to use the footage is owned by the one who produces the series. Actors are paid to act and promote, then that's it. They don't own the right to the footage just because they appear in it. So there's nothing unfair to Saint, Wabi Sabi used it rightfully. And for the exclusion of Saint from this season, well, no one truly knows what happens except the people involved, and I don't want to make any wild guess. I'm not defending Wabi Sabi and I'm so disappointed by this season, but I'm just stating the fact.

I think it's not necessarily the director, but more of the right to make an adaptation. The right to adapt TharnType I think lies on MeMindY, that's why changing director is okay. While LBC, the right is owned by Wabi Sabi, which as far as I know is founded by P'New, and he handles almost all its projects. So if he says no, LBC3 will never exist.
I was about to pass on ep 13 because how can I watch that apron scene in visual when I can't even stand it written? But IG filling my explore with Ae singing for Pete changed my mind. As always, Perth is really great at expressing emotions. His eyes, his expression, the trembling in his voice as he sang. Just that short scene already wrenched my heart, although not to the point of crying like what he did to me in UWMA lol. Honestly, since ep 1, his monologue and dialogue concerning Pete is so uncreative with no variety that unable me to truly feel for him. But in this ep, the song he sang actually has a pretty nice lyric, so I'm like, FINALLY!! And those TulHin scenes are nice, they're so sweet! For the first time I think it's okay to add more ep as long as I can see them more. For that apron scene, well, of course I skipped it, unfortunately not before I see that tasteless censor. It's a good laugh but I still wish I can unsee that.
So....Is it clearly explained in the novel why Itt falls in love with Pai??Because there was directly a confession…
It's just like as the Itt in the series said, Pai is the only light in his life. In the novel, Itt's mother had already passed away before he met Pai, and his father already left him. He wanted to go to college yet felt like there's no hope. His girlfriend also left him. So Pai's guidance and encouragement to reach his dream is like a light in the darkest time in his life, when he felt he had nothing. I think it's the same in the series, and would've been easier to be caught on if not for that unnecessary drama which leads to their fight.
About where to read, I believe there's one in wattpad, but for me I read it on fictionlog using translator app :)
After reading some comments that the novel is very different from the series, I started reading the novel, and I have to admit that I love IttPai way more in the novel ver, they're so adorable! I actually like couples with less drama more so I guess it's just my taste. For FolkPure though, I actually love the series ver more. I feel like the series can fully capture the development of their feelings despite the short scenes they had together, better than the novel. Also while I deemed that attempted rape is unnecessary and Folk is too quick to forgive, I'm actually glad that there's an apology. Apology for either rape or an attempt for it is like a luxury in BL lol, so I appreciate that. And I understand why Folk is quick to forgive, because why would he continue to get angry at Pure for that? It's not even his fault, and he didn't expect that to happen. And for the perpetrator, well, Folk didn't say he forgive him, and I'm pretty sure they'll never see each other again. He also get a good beating from Pure, I guess. Well, I wish there's more of them in the series, but I don't think so since their story is pretty much concluded.
