That's american slang and this is a chinese drama. The title translation is literal
“England and the US are entirely different countries.” True and I am from neither and I know the difference. The Chinese not wanting to make money?! 😆😆
I decided to watch this because Lee was in this. By the end, I wanted to cut his hair! I think it's the first thing I have seen him in, that he gets jiggy with it! ;) No complaints there!
Right! ;) How many of you would kick his boots out from under your beds?! More importantly, he was given a medal while in military service. Thrilled to see him back. Wait, this is Korean version of the Golden Comb! Will it actually air?
As far as the comedic historicals go, I think I have seen enough of them to say that this one is one of the funniest going. It includes some of the characters you don’t often see like great and humorous parents and non-rival female friends. Two of the MLs start off as one thing and morph into another. Those changes are not mysterious. But there is a hilarious twist. They are a result of very clear events- both key to the plot. Like me, you may fall for their initial personas. (F2) This drama actually is a love square not a triangle. Everybody likes the FL. She screams a lot? I rarely have the volume on as I just read the subs. The Queen mother-in-law is just a hoot! The maid and best friend are both very likable. Heck all of the characters are likeable! Except for the baddies who are just doing their job. There is a mystery to solve. The only sure trope is that mega cliff that everyone cannot seem to avoid!😁 One warning regarding second lead syndrome, if ever there was a character who deserved to get the girl, it is this guy! Or rather both of him!😉😄
Based on the trailers I don't see how it's a "black comedy". Just like "Mr. Queen", it seems like a (modern) comedy…
Agree. I don’t think the difference between a dark comedy and a Black Comedy is well understood. Blue Velvet is a perfect example of what it takes to be labelled a Black Comedy.
Despite what the synopsis states, alter egos do not take over the main personality’s body!! The alters are actually fragments of the core. In therapy the goal is to fuse them back together.

Are we to surmise his next career is that of a sky jumper?
