Argh! I don’t know whether to me frustrated are not!

Glad we got Honda’s backstory. Of course made him dying even more heartbreaking. Interesting that he was the original shop for killers.

Was kind of sad Jun Cheol died so early. Was hoping he would be helping Jin Man from inside Babylon longer. And for him to just get killed by that stupid women when it was clean Jin Man wasn’t going to kill him.

I wonder why Pasin decided to disappear with Min Hye. At least it seems like she is still alive. And does Pasin even really have a family? Because it doesn’t seem like that. And why did he steal everyone’s money lol.

And finally, which is of course everyone’s question. What the hell was Jin Man doing that he got beat up. I am glad that he wasn’t just sitting back waiting for Bale to show up like some people thought he would do if he was alive. So it’s clear Jin Man was fighting his own fight. I wonder if he brought the fight to Babylon.

So I’m predicting a season 2 showing how the events played out from his perspective during the present day, maybe with some flashbacks. I imagine when Jin Man showed up at the end he has killed Bale, but we won’t see that until we see Jin Man’s fight play out. Also curious how the taxi driver and the other guy played into it.

So you’re right, the taxi driver did put down the funeral home and offered a different one, it we have no idea which she took decided on, so I suppose it wasn’t relevant. I thought it might have been thought if he was faking his death, I mean you need a whole team involved with that. So who knows how the taxi driver was reverent or if Ji A changed the location based on his recommendation. We could find that out later. Omg so may speculations and unknowns/ I think we create more questions then there need to be. But I trust the process.

You may be right. I need to rewatch the scene. I’ve rewatched so many scenes. But I agree the morgue driver is suspect. I don’t know if we will see him again but I think he was at the very least keeping an eye on her. Maybe he one of one of those out there to protect code green.

“Confessions of Murder”
Assuming you watched “The Glory”?
“Flower of Evil” maybe, I never liked it as much as most, but you could check it out if you haven’t already.
“Love Me If You Dare”, I’m not sure this quiet fits what you’re looking for. It focuses on a serial murderer but also has random murders through the beginnning episodes because he is a criminal profiler so he works with the police. The end does pick up pace though and becomes more intense. It is a really good show and there is nothing straight forward about the main bad guy, there are a lot of twists up until the very end.
“Missing You”, she loses her detective father when she is younger and decides to go after the killer.
“Monster”, he kills her sister, who takes care of her (she has a mental disability) and they start targeting one another.
“The Gangster, the Cop, and the Devil”, it’s pretty good, just a movie.
“The Veil”, it’s a spy series. Main character lost his memory so he doesn’t know what happened and the series is spent uncovering that. A lot of good fighting scenes.
“Bad Guys”, I can’t remember exactly what it was about, I have it a 7.5 so it must have been so so.
“Come and Hug Me”, this one is really good. But I’d be surprised if you haven’t seen it already. I don’t want to spoil it for you. But it involves a serial killer, the ML is a cop. There is fighting. Also involves flashbacks that slowly tell you the real story of what happened in the past. You know there is more to the story, but it’s executed well and make you feel confused as you are slowly fed information.

Thought of another. The Witch is good. There are two movies out.

You mentioned that you have not tried any Taiwanese dramas. They are actually really good. One of my favorites is Lost Romance. It’s definitely not in the genre you are looking for here. It a good romance/comedy/fantasys/supernatural kind of. But it is so good. Once of my top five dramas. Id recommend at least looking it up on my dramaslist to read the synopsis.

Actually it’s called The Man From Nowhere. But all of the once’s I recommended are Korean I believe, unless you referring to someone else.

Yes, I kind of agree, his suicide was to quick and easy. He’d planned so thoroughly for this, there’s no way he would have not been prepared for this, let alone known if she was kidnapped. He always had eyes on her.

I agree. It was a shame. The beginning started off strong. I don’t know why this happens with so many dramas. They start off strong and then the writing or producing just goes down hill. The story was still good overall. It was the way it was executed towards the end that I take issue with. It’s like they were trying to go for a certain style in their storing telling to make it interesting, but it was just a mess.

Plus, I would have preferred more of seeing their happy ending than some of their other scenes in the last two episodes. We barely got to see them reunite.
