Can some spoil the ending for me when it regards the couples? It sounded like a love triangle, and since it was a virtual world, you never know how those relationships end, so I’d rather not watch to be disappointed and know who ends up with who or who doesn’t in the end.
Loved Min Hye’s back story and so glad that Pasin is back. I had a feeling we’d see him again. I’m still kind of sad that more guy that got his arm chopped off is dead. I noticed him in episode 6 and he seemed pretty nice when he went to save Ji An. Wish he had survived. Seeing a lot of people discussing whether Jin Man is dead. I’m on the fence. Part of me feels like it would be a cop out to back track on it, it then also I don’t get the benefits to Ji An by killing himself. And then if he did fake suicide, is he waiting for Bale? In that case his kind of putting Ji An in danger the entire time. But I guess she’s always been in danger, and at some point this was going to come to a head. Also, he has had some questionable choices when it comes to parenting so I suppose it wouldn’t be that surprising. Either way I’m not sure what to think, or which I would prefer. Also, his suicide looked pretty convincing.
ok.. i just finished watching ep 6 and what i am thinking is:Jin Man is not dead, he never was. Why:1) suicide…
I kind of agree, but then it’s also dangerous to make all of the protagonist’s go through all this alone. Maybe they’re all in on it and Jian isn’t, but that still leaves her in danger. So I’m not sure how I feel about it. I’m kind of on the fence.
So, same-sex relationship is acceptable to you but teacher/student relationship is not ?Talk about hypocrisy.…
I had to google the age of consent after you said that? Because it blew my mind. They actually raised it from 13 to 16 just last year. But that was just last year! And 16? Really? This is crazy. No wonder this genre is so popular. The Japanese government is enabling what should be sexual assault.
The synopsis is ridiculous and does not provide any sort of depth to this drama. There is no use in correcting…
It is confusing. Which makes me somewhat not interested in reading it. Maybe it’s an issue with the translation, but it says a lot with no context. It honestly sounds like they mixed three different summaries accidentally.
GIRL ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS WATCH THE VIDEO WHY ARE YOU SO STUPID
Oh that drove me nuts!!!! And the kids reasoning for not clicking on it was soooo ridiculous. I mean Brother was in there the entire time by himself. If he had wanted to open it up to the bad guys, he would have already, not wait for them to come down there prompt her to open a file to do it.
So, same-sex relationship is acceptable to you but teacher/student relationship is not ?Talk about hypocrisy.…
You’re an idiot. Same sex relationships are none of your business. If two adults consent to have a relationship stay out of it, it’s none of your business and effects you in no way.
A teacher/student relationship is unacceptable because a student is a child and being in a relationship with an adult is unacceptable. That is sexual assault.
How is that hypocrisy? Unless you are claiming I’m a hypocrite for claiming having moral standards when it regards a child and adult having a relationship and not having moral standards regarding a same sex relationship. In that case, you are coming across as a homophobe. Because your expectation is that I should have a moral issue with a same sex relationship as much as I have an issue with a child/adult relationship. But I don’t have a moral issue with a same sex relationship, I have an issue with grooming and sexual assault of a child.
So congratulations on you coming across as someone who is an homophobe who equates a same sex relationship to sexual assault of a child. You’re trash. Your opinions are trash. And you will always be an ignorant piece of trash. And I hope you have a piece of shit day.
there are student/teacher romance stories in western shows too (eg. "pretty little liars", "the mess you leave…
I agree with how they are represented in Japanese versus Western media. It’s just always baffled me why it’s particularly so common and accepted in Japan.
I clicked to look at all the tags because I’m okay with spoilers, and I’m laughing that there is one that is ‘Murder (spoiler)’ lol. I mean come on, that’s a spoiler? 😂
Since it’s adapted from a webtoon, can anyone spoil the ending. I’m asking since it says he gets brought into the virtual world. So is the relationship in the virtual world with a virtual character and do they get a happy ending? Just don’t want to be sad in the end like in some of those time travel dramas.
I know teacher/student is common in Japanese dramas (I don’t understand why at all, and also why it is more acceptable, and would love for someone to explain it to me in detail) but it seems like the past month or two there has been more then usual released.
