I've got to admit that I'm not crazy about it either. They play the same 2 songs 5-6 times per episode. And what's…
Finished Episode 6 last night. We'll see how far I can get. What's worse is that I have those songs stuck in my head! But it's the FL who's really bugging me. I hope she improves. Right now, she's the coldest, most indecisive woman I've seen in a show in a very long time!
I am trying so hard to continue this drama but I hate the soundtrack so much

Already blown away by the first episode! Even more blown away that the best female singer in the whole world--Sohyang--sings the song in this episode, Only My Heart Knows. Of course, I immediately went and bought it!
7 episodes into Run-On, and I've had it with the Oh Mi Joo character. I've not seen a more immature, unhappy, grouchy, petulant character like her in all of the K-dramas that I've watched so far. The actress even clenches her jaw and rarely ever smiles. She even acts as though she'd rather be doing anything else. The most unappealing woman I've seen in a very long time. She's utterly pathetic. Feel sorry for the poor guy who has to put up with a spoiled brat who acts like she's about 16. Finally dropped the series because she's so bad. She's about as appealing as a rattlesnake!

Just started watching "Touch Your Heart" and I spit up my coffee when I looked up her profile and saw that she's 40! She barely looks 24! Curious if it's natural aging or if she's had help. In any case, I'm enjoying this series so far! She plays the "clueless and flighty" actress very well!
I would put it second to kaya/kim Siwon in Goodbye, Mr Blackshe has picked some good roles.
I've been watching movies and shows for over 45 years. Unfortunately, there is typecasting everywhere. I tend to follow actors/actresses when they impress me in one role (Ingrid Bergman, Doona Bae, Helen Mirren, etc.). I appreciate the art of acting when the actor/actress can be diverse. Daniel Day-Lewis is my all-time favorite actor because he's also tackled the most diverse roles. I was most impressed recently with Han Soo-Hee in "My Name." She was absolutely brilliant and worthy of being in the same category as those actresses I listed, including Maggie Smith and Meryl Streep.
As far as Moon Chae Won goes, I was blown away by her role in Flower of Evil, and I'm hoping to see more of her. However, Flower of Evil is the only show on Netflix that she is in. I'm hoping that will change in the future.
I always appreciate someone else who understands and appreciates the art of acting! Thanks!
That's great as long as Disney has zero creative input. They mess up nearly everything else. Let the Koreans do what they do best: put out the best shows in the world!
Before watching everything else she's been in, watch her in The Princess Man (2011 historical drama). Her character…
Also, programming with Netflix is different from region to region. I just got hired at a school in Taiwan, so I will check the Netflix programming once I get there for the shows you mentioned. Thanks again for your help!

I don't mind. I've used them a lot, especially when I'm overseas! I'll check viki. I re-watched Descendants of the Sun on it because it was no longer available on Netflix. Currently started, "Lawless Lawyer." Not a fan of American shows anymore--even if is my country.

Thank you for the recommendation! I'll definitely look for it! I also noticed that "The Good Doctor" got high ratings, but sadly neither of them are on Netflix.
Her character of Cha Ji Won in "Flower of Evil" just might be my all-time favorite female character--which is saying something for someone who's been watching movies and shows for over 45 years! My God! For me, she perfectly encapsulates my ideal woman: strong, dedicated, loyal, loving, compassionate, and devoted. Just an absolutely mesmerizing performance! Now I have to try and find something else that this wonderful actress is in!
Easily one of the best acting performances I have ever seen (My Name) in over 45 years of watching movies and shows. This young woman deserves every acting award under the sun! I read somewhere, however, that she is a smoker. Boy, if that is true, I sure hope she finds a way to stop hurting herself. Cigarettes have 7000+ chemicals in them and there isn't a single part of the body that they do not affect. Chemicals like you find in rat poison, jet fuel, and formaldehyde (used to embalm dead bodies), just to name a few. She is too great a talent and beauty and I'd hate to see her suffer and depart this Earth too soon before her time. Hopefully, she will learn to love herself as much as others do. No one who truly loves themselves would abuse themselves.
Absolutely loved the characters of Mi-Jo and Cha-Young in "Thirty-Nine," but Kim Ji Hyun's Joo-Hee was my favorite! The epitome of sweetness and grace! Can't wait to see her in more roles!
Talk about bursting onto the scene! I've only seen her in two things so far (The Witch & Our Beloved Summer), and she's already blown me away with her acting prowess and how diverse her skills are already! I plan to watch Itaewon Class next! I admire her subtle ability when acting out certain scenes. She and Choi Woo-Shik were an amazing tandem together. I can't wait to see more from her. A bright and amazing talent!
