Just finished EP7 and it has peaked among all the ones , so much has happened in one episode and satisfying. Loving it.

Thank you for showing courage in speaking your mind, I dropped it at 10, "Creating a note for myself to remember as to why it is not so interesting". Posting it comments if a drama is not working with a proper reason is also causing huge uproar from defensive fans and ruins a mental peace looking at their replies.

why pretty much all dramas are 12 episodes only in 2025, what happened to 16 ?

Story had great potential , ruined by weak screenplay and the young actors didnt make me emotionally invested in their hardships with acting i guess.
Bullies are one dimensional , lack in motivation for their bullying and their older counter parts didnt match or couldnt register in a way we carry the same hatred due to what they did in school, They felt like strangers.
Most of the second half i had to skip and fast forward to finish it.

what a surprise find this was, Leads chemistry and their story line was so satisfying .
usually sometimes drama title itself enough get me hooked, othertimes its the plot, trope, genere, tag etc; But this one neither the tile not reading plot summary made me intrigued , despite that i decided to watch this.
First episode was like not really that interesting , but it started to had me invested , Especially the love portion between the leads done here is so unique from usual kdrama , it usually starts like a seedling slowly grows , here it felts totally like a hollywood type romance which was refreshing.

Anyways , this year i am stumbling upon some good dramas randomly unlike a disappointing last year. Hope the streak continues.

Its been almost over a year , none of the overrated overhpyed kdramas had me emotionally invested as much as this one. I am glad i decided to watch it on my own inkling , despite the low mdl ratings.

The EP6, when the senior says, "call me sister from hereon" had me at tears and that last scene Where the Leads meeting eye to eye and me realising it took a whole 6 Episodes to get there, was so worth and satisfying . Ended with tears rolling down my cheeks.

A Drama that i didnt know i wanted.

Lost interest after 3 to 4 episodes , doesnt engage story or character wise , as there is none to root for. gotten so boring, couldnt even fast forward and watch it, dropped after 5 episodes.

Lost momentum in later episodes around ep4. Had great potential like weak hero class or that similar themed one came out last year with supernatural parents and kids story.

Thank you for sharing, i understand each of us are unique in a way we have different sensitivity level to certain emotions and how we react to certain situation , our culture and biological program all tuned us in different frequencies . So when you say this is entertaining for you , i would take your word for it. Movie/drama , listening to stories or stage speech will hit in different ways as it is subjective experience .

Yes, Over the years i realized , who is watching , which gender, state of mind, people whom we watch it or even if the same person watching it the next time, all these things plays out differently .
Anyways , Unnecessary gangster part is only obvious for me in this drama alone.
Weak hero class , OMG i was completely flabbergasted , how good the story arch and the revenge with the bullies , That was well orchestrated and had a good arc and satisfying finish.
Yearning for season 2 soon.

As it is a subjective experience , i understand that it affects differently person to person , and i appreciate you sharing your views without bashing my POV even though i am a minority here.

There were tens of shows with similar premise , where i bawled my eyes out, sobbed like kid.
But surprised this one it couldnt even get my eyes wet in any scene. ML acting did not create the impact of what he is going through .
But in contrast , the FL was a total show stealer with her acting.
None of the other characters are interesting nor those side stories of that potential MIL , Gangster etc;
That gangster part has added nothing to story , unnecessary plot, they ended abruptly , what about his minions wont they want revenge ?
That Fiancee he pretty much acting is same sort of roles in many dramas that he is having some psychological issues

Anyways there are lot more best ones out there if anyone want to watch similar to this trope, but this one is underwhelming for me.

yes agreed , but my gripe is it didnt finish telling that character arc in an engaging screenplay ,
how quirky and fun her role was in the beginning was lost and there wasnt anything i could think of as an event or a conversation which made her change her behaviour for the good in a convincing way for me.
when she punishing them with the same fashion was repetitive and not that interesting
villain also not that impactful
this is a great theme and had a potential to be something more special than it turned out to be is how i felt in the end.
Also i thought the original judge will return from hell as a good closure for her role

Chemistry between the leads also didnt work in the end as well.

should have been a 8 or 10 episode drama , last episodes lost momentum and substance.
There was no real challenge or difficulties as she went through them like cutting cakes , mostly a gore fest which pushed to the point of do i even have to root for the demon kinda dilemma

Park Shin Hye , first time seeing her in a sassy role like this, Just loving all the quirky things and expressions she makes.

Female lead is damn beautiful and she is the good actress, But the story is not that good, Its all confusing at the end and no strong reason to send her son away at the end.
