When Peter walks into the scene, that represents us the viewer, saying "what is going on here" lol.

If I knew how to video edit, I would splice faces here lol.

No, it's primernumber^2First timestop we see are something like :1^2=1 sec2^2=4 sec3^2=9 sec5^2=25 secetc
I'm just basing the math on the wording of the translation on Netflix.

He says square root of each prime number. If we actually use the square of each prime number the number gets bigger.

And even if we ignore prime numbers and use composite number meaning, sq root of 1, then sq root of 2, and etc.. until 62nd like he says. He will hit 1 year, at approximately the 14th time, because your multiplying.

So sq root or square, prime numbers or composite. It doesn't matter, by ep 14, time shoud already be at a point where nothing is moving.

Just wanted to poke a little fun in this so called math of LG. Doesn't make sense, and it's funny how we barely see time stops anymore, which I thought was one of the cool things about KTEM.

He even writes the numbers on the board, which is funny, as there are 11 rows of numbers and 4 numbers each column, which means 44 numbers. So during the 44th time based on his convuletd math, time stops woud be 76,729 seconds, or .88 days.

I'd just like to briefly discuss the time stops, and how LG's Math is wrong. This is just for fun, I doubt the writer did any real research on this

Using Mathermaticians LG's very own WORDS. "The amount of frozen time is multiplying by the square root of the prime numbers" Ep 11 50:30 Mark.

What are prime numbers? They are numbers that only has 1 factor. Meaning, 2 is a prime number because you can't multiple other small numbrs to get 2, same thing for 5 and 7, and the list goes on

We start with the base number of 121 seconds, because LG says, this is the first time time stops, and he counted.

By the 10th time, the gate is used, TIme will stop for approximately 1.2 years. Any by the 13th time, time will have stopped for 350 years approximately.

Don't believe me? you can do the math yourself.

Start with 121, then multiply that by the sq root of 2, then that number multipled by the sq root of 3, then that number multiplied by the square root of 5. You'll be suprised by how quickly it goes from 121 seconds to one year.

So if this show wanted to be accurate math wise. EP 14 time should be already standing still. But, you know it's fantasy so who needs math lol.

i enjoy the ride of LG travel from treason night from today..and creating memories of him to dearest ones yeong,tae-ul…
Theory:

PM ends up stealing half the flute, and Luna steals the other half. Together they combine it with Luna becoming queen, PM, become a REAL PM, and shinjae become queen consort.

TE ends up with 2 LG. You know what they say double the fun.

The End.

The one recurring theme in KTEM is coincidence.

haven't you noticed, people are always in the right place at the right time. From Eunsoop, just so happen to come home at that time, making the ending of 13 so so anticlimatic, to the friend of TE just so happen to hear a recording from 25 years ago at that exact time, which isnt' even explained why she was listening to it. Were records of 911 calls kept as long as 25 years ago?

Yoyo boy seems to be powerless to be honest. He is not shown to have any powers, just a physical manifestation of the flute. He's just a narrator and a plot hole at this moment.

To be honest, time should be stopping for months, if not weeks at this point. The writer made a mistake of introducing the time freezes, becausea t this point, it does not make sense anymore, and is no longer consistent. Seems to be that these time stops were just done for the cool effect of stopping time, nothing else.

Which part did you not understand?Basically to simplify. LG saves himself. LR dies. Since he can't find LR, he…
It's a weakness of many writers. They spend so much time making a fascinating villain, or what not. And realize they made him/her too smart, too strong. So they introduce some weak plot device why they will lose right away, normally it's something weak or stupid, and your left with something so anticlimatic on the downfall of the villain.

i'm still peeved that LG is just basically changing whatever in the past, and nothing has chaned in the future. So contradictry to what we've seen before in time travel, and what is writen in various time travel theories. The butterfly effect for example is being ignored here.

Take note of season 8 of GOT for comparison.

Episode 14 was anticlimactic. They want to squeeze a whole time travel reasoning into 3 episodes and it's just…
Here is what I am hoping for the last 2 episodes.

TE dies, Luna takes over TE life in korea, And past LG falls in love with Luna, giving her a good ending.

LG in black also dies and she joins TE n the afterlife where they are reunited.

Cool "controlled" butterfly effects in episode 14. Sooo good, goosebumps every time a new memory is planted. Hats…
No, I think you are mistaken.

Butterfly effect according to Wikepedia.

In chaos theory, the butterfly effect is the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state.

key word here is small change And that is why it is coined as butterfly effect, as to further reiterate that it is small changes.

What LG was doing in Ep 14 are not small changes. Showing Lady Noh his face alone is a game changer.

So no, this is not considered the butterfly effect.

If it's supposedly the LG who caught up from the past that met TE at that place (and consequently spent all that…
Technically LG2 and LG1 are two different LG, they just don't merge. This is scifi not fantasy. LG1 saves LG3. we don't see LG2 except for Ep 1, he's probably somewhere else. LG2 and LG1 are not the same person. just like LG2 and LG3 are not the same person.

Yes, LG3 is the one who met TE. But there also two TE. The one at that point of meeting LG3, and the TE in the near future, who got hurt by explosion with Shinjae. We will cal lthem TE1 and TE2. LG3 meets TE2.

LG1 is the one that is stuck somewhere in time, but he is getting close to present day time. LG2, saves LG1, and is never heard off again.

LG1's whip doesn't disappear, it is slowly deteriorating, but it doesn't disappear, unlike LR's half.

i agree, the references to Alice in Wonderland are not empty. In fact, I feel like KES meant to make us all Alice…
I disagree, I think the writer really had cinderella as the key story being told here. Everything from the beginning screams cinderella.

the LG who is baby in ep 14, and the LG in black are not the same. This is even shown in his lack of memories of current TE.

SO LG in black still exist somewhere.

To understand this we need to give the many LG names.

In episode 1, baby LG, we call him LG1, he grows up to be adult LG we know
In episode 1, adult LG who saves baby lg, we call him LG2, we never see him again
In ep 14, baby LG, we call him LG3

Baby LG in ep 1, becomes adult LG we know, who goes back to save LG3. LG3 grows up and eventualy meets the TE we see in the end. That TE has all these memories because LG1 plants those memories.

And no, LG3 has no memories of what happened in episode 1-13, it is LG1 who has those memories, and hasn't showed up yet, most likely still in the time zone area,

Also, I dont believe the Alice in Wonderland references are just randomly chosen. They place a significance in…
I highly doubt that the writer meant KTEM to be a loose adaptation of Alice in Wonderland.

The Alice in Wonderland in KTEM merely serves as symbolism in the following things:

A parallel world, like LG going thru the obelisk (mirror/looking glass)

There being an evil queen this is the PM

Luna wearing the rabbit jacket to symbolize the rabbit in AIW

The importance of time, so LG is looking at his watch often.

I've been into dramas for the past 8 years and watched over 300 dramas, Im here for entertaining I love theories…
so the side defending KTEM, and adding all the theories and etc... and overanalyzing is ok since its paints the show in the positive light.

But the other side, which criticizes, test the science of the show, and makes their own theories, are overanalyzing since their criticisms?

It showed go both ways.

To be frank, the show is not as deep as people think, But this is what you get when you place literature students,…
Where did I say they weren't valid.

I just said, adding all this extra meaning, from my experience, does not suddenly make KTEM a masterpiece.

People who came up with these theories are trying to advance their agenda of proving how great of a show KTEM is. And for me, I'm not buying it.

Feel free to disagree with me, that's your choice. But it's also my choice to think the way I do.

Luna will die for sure, because she's sick.one of the LG will die also, because TE can't have 2 guys. Or can she?
No

Let's give these 3 LG's name so it's not confusing.

Baby LG from Ep 1 is LG1
Adult LG in EP 1 is LG2
Future LG in ep 14 is LG3
baby LG and adult LG in ep 14 is LG4

LG1, grows up to be LG3
LG2 goes back in time to save LG1, so that LG1 can become LG3

LG3 goes back in time to meet LG4, who grows up to be LG4

So in the end, we have LG3, who is stuck in time

we also have LG4, who is a new LG with no memories of TE

And we have the original person who saved LG3, who is LG2

so like I said there are 3 LG's
