The retaliating shoot-out from the SK side hit Soo-Ho, which wouldn't have been the case, if YR decided to follow Soo-Ho's instructions (not to say anything stupid), and not be an idiot. She's responsible for the Soo-Ho's injury.

Hey, honestly, all of it looks pretty simple, on paper. However, throw in incompetence, personal stakes (relatives and feelings), erratic people who are either too stupid or too hormonal for their own good, etc... it's no longer that simple anymore. Which is why it's fun to watch, even though the premise is uncomplicated, the situation remains dynamic and unpredictable. Is it entertaining? Yeah sure. Is it bad writing? Maybe, can't tell. Have the writers written themselves into a corner. Yes, since we are 10 eps down and it would take a MIRACLE to iron things out by ep 16, and still make sense.

Yeah, some of it (earlier) and most of it (now) actually feels like the writers went: 'ah, f*ck it.'..... and kept writing a bunch of crap. Directionless. In hindsight, it would probably make sense, but rn it's going on in circles. The cool bit is that it's keeping my brain engaged, figuring out allegiances, loyalties, smelling out potential betrayal and even some double-crossing. :')

Okay, as much as I'm over the 'rich boy - poor girl' dynamic... but I LOVE the trope where the guy discovers bonding-time, love and good food with the girl's family over the dining table. My ABSOLUTE favorite. <3 <3
