I saw the reaction video of kHS and SMA for the 1st second episodes. They both almost cried when the childhood…
Oh noooo, I *really* wish that wasn't the case.... 'childhood connection = fated love' is such a contrived plot-point. I thought we had subverted the trope in ep 4, when Hye-Jin didn't seem to recall the familiar face of the boy in the photo with the grandpa... and Du-Shik had to clarify it was him (and didn't mention meeting HJ on the same day as he got the picture clicked) TT Maybe, the actors just happened to form a bond with the kids on set, or are just parental people who like kids :')
1. I knew PSJ was a 'serious' actor all-along, so his performance pretty much lived up to what I expected of him! (maybe even slightly higher, with his method-acting). But holy hell, Ahn Bo Hyun is *SO* good in this. He truly shone in this role, never knew he had this in him! <3 <3 2. Ugh, Sae-Royi's dad's arc is awfully similar to Dalmi's dad from Start-Up. I see why the two stories are compared :') ISTG, late-90's and early-2000's Dads hit hard... :")
Glad to hear that I am not the only one smiling like an idiot whenever I watch this drama.
Too much Home-Cha will give you cheek-pain from non-stop smiling. Heck, I smile about them throughout the day, won't gimme a break... my Mum thinks I've found a new guy or smthn, staring at my phone screen and laughing away! TT
Too bad SMA isn't single IRL... we'd have so much fun shipping them together otherwise! xD The way Seon-Ho refers to her as 'pretty noona' and has effectively given up his right-dimple rights for her... >...<
Yes, it's supposed to be like this. He is from direct descendant of the royal family back then.
Oooo! Or it's the universe's grand scheme for a do-over for our star-crossed lovers! :') I look forward to the angst, and being knifed regularly. Apparently, RJL's character cries a loootttt in this drama, so the angst is definitely still there. Along with fluff, cuz in 2021 you don't have to worry about 'propriety'! xD
Is it just me who wanted ShiYi to be haunted by her previous-life memories, and gradually have her previous life unfold not just to her, but also the audience, the more she interacts with ZSC and the ZhouSheng clan? Heck, that ancestral house reeks of secrets! :)
Yes, it's supposed to be like this. He is from direct descendant of the royal family back then.
Damn, what are the odds of him stumbling onto an old family-portrait of the General, and his memories come flooding in? :O :O I have watched too much xianxia and reincarnation plots for my own good lmao! xD
Wait, so ZSC the professor is born/ reincarnated as a descendant of the original ZSC? That way... he's born to the Zhousheng clan, and is once again a boy with a similar face to the general, and the same first name Chen...?
Maybe, the actors just happened to form a bond with the kids on set, or are just parental people who like kids :')
PS. I see your username :P No wonder you love Home-Cha... :'D

Home-Cha folks: googling how to pass 3 days in 6 hours.
The struggle is real guys... *how* is it not saturday already? TT
Istg, watching them together is like watching two-puppies play! <3
