I'm a music lover, I'm open minded, I'll listen to each one and if I like one (or more) it'll go on my list for possible songs I could use!! My tastes are all over, I've made videos with songs from various artists, like Queen, Taylor Swift, In This Moment and Lil Nas X and Des Rocs. If I like a song, if it matches a show's theme, I'm down. I'ma pop on to Spotify and check these songs out.

I think, imo, the translation is not the problem lol, it's the bad writing. It really was a mess of a story, even skimming occasionally now since RL started, I still cringe and roll my eyes and shake my head 😂 The one in the link I sent seemed about the same as how I remember it tbh, but I wasn't really looking for differences, hopefully it provides a better reading experience for you.

There are only 38 episodes in the re-released version, the original format was 78 short eps because they tried to find a loophole to avoid the worst of censorship, but it didn't work. When it was re-released internationally, it was compacted into 38 eps and giving a proper into and outro. The eps are exactly the same though, no differences. And for Chinese dramas, 38 eps is not actually that long lol

Some fans get too involved and forget to focus on the characters and think what the actors do/did in their real lives is their business. This has always been an issue and it's a very exhaustingly stupid cycle. Not an interesting cycle either 🙄

Idgaf what they did or who they did or why when where which blah blah, don't care if they have kids, don't like kids, don't care what their real sexuality is, I don't care if they have family drama, I don't care if they have tattoos, green hair and like to pole dance when they're off screen, none of it matters.

Actors are just people doing a job on screen, I don't care about their business like I don't care about my neighbour's business. As long as it's not some illegal fucked up shit (I don't even mean like white collar shit, I mean like, gross fucked up shit involving illegally harming people or summat), it doesn't matter at all. Makes no difference to me. lol

Keep in mind, CY has been doing this long before SW ever came into the picture. There is more truth that needs to come out between him and CC.

lol I only skimmed it, even now when I go back to double check things I'm not sure I remember clearly, I can't actually read it, I can only skim the text for key words I'm looking for. The diction (translated though it is can't be that different to the original) is just a mess, never mind the randomness of the events and excess of the characters behaviors/actions lol

Oooooh this is not about the show, no no nope. This is about the VISUAL of those two kissing, the fact that it was canon (in the VERY incoherent and messed up novel) but could still absolutely be the reason for WS being a jealous little bitch, without actually affecting their story's progression, is just a bonus. It's the past, it has nothing to do with their presently platonic relationship in the series so that'd be fine for anyone who worries about stuff like that.

And I don't care about whether SW and XS kiss/kissed or not in the novel or series tbh lol, it ain;t interesting to me visually.
