A bit late to watch this, got caught up bingeing Interview with the Vampire series BUUUUT at least it meant I had two eps of this to watch one after the other. I particularly enjoyed episode 6, some good humor in there, a funny group of four getting stuck in that situation where everything just does not go right and continues to not go right but they're soldiering through it even as it continues to go downhill. Glad to see I was right about Jiyu doing what she can to get Seung Won and Heesu together, even though Seung Won really is a HIBERNATING TORTOISE. Bro is GLACIAL in his game π THAT coupled with the fact that Heesu is about as romantically dense as can possibly be and we've got twice the slow burn.
The good thing is, he will now stop thinking Chan Yeong is an option for him AT ALL and as we saw at the end of ep 6, he can finally see other things around him more clearly. I'm guessing when the confession drops it'll be something like Heesu 'breaking it' to Seung Won that Jiyu and Chan Yeong are a couple and him trying to say he feels bad for SW, and it'll be up to Seung Won to either say 'I never liked her anyway, I like you' or to keep playing his glacial game and be like 'oh, I see, okay, now I will move on' before he proceeds to try and pursue Heesu in the most indirect way possible πππ
My hope is on the former. He'll finally confess and then Heesu will have to process it and things between them will develop beyond the scope of SW being unintentionally friendzoned! So far, still entertained!
It's 12 episodes...12. 12 episodes...I can't do it LOL
You'll come back??? π That's dedication, I can't make it, I just cut my losses once it hits my dropped list but I tried! I made it ALL the way to 9! π
I understand this word vomit π but personally disagree about Hee Su & Chan Yeong. I think the current two pairings…
Headcanon: a fan's personal interpretation or belief about a fictional work, often filling in gaps or adding details not explicitly stated in the original story. (dis you bro, about Heesu and Chan Yeong)
I understand this word vomit π but personally disagree about Hee Su & Chan Yeong. I think the current two pairings…
I feel like maybe you haven't watched the four eps?
The current two pairings in this show is set to be Seungwon/Heesu and Chan Yeong/Jiyu (seemingly). Also, yes, the show has depicted that Heesu likes Chan Yeong, but the story of how they became friends was very wishy washy on Chan Yeong's part. Heesu basically admits he kind of 'insisted' his way into being friends with Chan Yeong lol
Episodes 3 and 4 Heesu is going down the drain please switch partner Hui Su & Chan Yeong But it's just the same…
I understand this word vomit π but personally disagree about Hee Su & Chan Yeong. I think the current two pairings work well. I dunno about the webtoon, but in this adaptation, it's hard to even understand why Chan Yeong is friends with Heesu so far, their friendship seems fairly imbalanced and not particular solid.
Jisung has returned to acting since Connection, and Jinyoung has been back for a while now from the military, I hope the write of DJ1 is CONSIDERING A SEQUEL.
Except for the soundtrack and the story, I agree with you.The soundtrack is similar to the story. Both have a good…
The mind reading thing was the only thing that was supernatural for sure. Alas, I almost never care about side couples and this BL is no exception, I didn't like the side couple, so I won't be watching the spin off.
With regards to the soundtrack, I like the song standalone, not related to the series. I feel the same way about the We Are OST, the BL was ugh, but the main song was good. The lyrics definitely do imply a more supernatural vibe, while the series did not deliver on that. Seriously, Cir just seemed to be a possible D.I.D sufferer, undiagnosed. But the show didn't suck, which is more than I can say for LitA with these two, so good for them!
Second episode served well, it was interesting insight into these ML characters respective relationships with their lost and remaining loved ones, how much they barely know about their 'curse' and how they're trying to stay unattached to anyone but struggling to do so. It was a good choice to do it this way too, often 'Flashbacks' can be annoying in a series when they happen in the middle of present day events and action, it's a good format to get all of the 'former' and 'prior' details and situations out of the way before the show moves forward.
I also think this highlights how BL stunts the actors growth most of the time, I think so far the actors here and doing really well maintaining the emotions and atmosphere of the scenes.
The premise in itself is interesting too, Ozone said 'Day and Night' must meet, presumably they can stop the 'curse'. But how? Curious to see where this is heading. Many shows with similar themes often go with one or both must die, or maybe they cancel each other out if they become close friends and end up regarding each other as close friends/family? Or they both die anyway? It's an original series too, so we'll be in the dark right up until we're not! FUN!
it is not that bad how many portrays itif you dont want to watch it cus has a straight couple and so...is up to…
Nah, trust, they will all return this week to complain some more. The dropped rate for this is really low for all that there are so many deeply upset viewers who can't stand what they're seeing. π The comments also reflect the ongoing state of things, just a lot of angst and 'hate', every day. At this point I'm pretty sure, across all platforms, they're now determined to drag the show itself down with spam and low ratings. it is what it is, best to just watch the show and only engage with viewers commenting who are talking about the development of the show's story, just my advice.
I didnt re-watched whole 8eps but 9th ep yes it seems they cut all the parts of them being close and it doesnt…
It's already been confirmed the original 8 released episodes were not spared. I don't think there's hope for the rest. They might think 'what they didn't see removed they won't miss', but they're wrong.
So, I have not read the source material, but i just binged these 4 episodes....I am a gay guy....so I am pro M/M…
Hello rational person. Fair warning, this comment section is cooked. Very little objectivity going on here. Best just enjoy the show and avoid the snowstorm.

That last point, nah, that's probably just your headcanon bro.
