I don't know if this has been talked about here or not but Pat in ep8 repeatedly refused to explain as to what PP meant.
On first watch we may brush it off as a casual teasing. But it goes much more deeper than that. It is being used to explain the dynamics in their relation.
Often in same sex relationships the dominant person's name (aka the top) comes first in the ship name. ie PatPran. But P'Aof wants to say that it is clearly not the case here. Pat and Pran are both equals when it comes to the relationship. It can be PranPat and viceversa also.
