It was a pretty good action drama.

To me I wouldn’t even mind if the two leads don’t end up together and finally be able to move on from one another at the end.

He knows that the FL still likes him. So maybe he confirms that the ML likes her too and he probably tells the ML that she still likes him. Because as of now someone of the 2 leads have to take a step towards another and from the looks of it that would be probably the ML (The FL probably reads the letter and comes around)

Why do I have a feeling that he will bring them together instead🤔

He will probably make them. And I don’t think that the documentaries that are referred here are the documentaries of the ML and FL but of the military families. And since the military family have just been introduced in the last ep and the ML also recently finding about the food made by the one of the family. This just might be the start to that.
