Why do most Thai Lakorns like to make their MLs so wimpy when it comes to fending off women? They cannot draw clear lines and will let the women do whatever. Even after they decide t go for the FLs, they still cannot just tell the nang rais to stop with the nonsense š
It's quite understandable that it's slow. They have 17 episodes for this one. Jaipisut might have the most number…
Now that I watched ep 4, I know what you mean by the MLās conversation with his great grandma. The Thai MLs are typically like that, go with the flow and not drawing a clear line until they meet the FLs š
and hopefully nopook didnt forget about her mom!! i wish they would start that storyline soon
Yeah - Tate (like Mik) needs to improve on his facial expressions. They are both very attractive to look at so I will cut them some slack - hehe. The whole storyline feels slow compared to the first two shows in the series but like someone else pointed out, it also has more episodes. You're right - there seems to be many side plots developing but kind of linked back to the bad guy so hopefully, it will get resolved all at once.

Yeah, that father is almost predatory and very obvious. Tate reminds of Mik Thongraya, similar looks and both stiff ;D I think they kind of started the storyline for Noopook's mother - perhaps it is a red herring but I felt that the show was hinting at it with a certain person

Unless the subtitles are bad, or it is in Episode 4 which I have not watched, the ML never once called the FL chubby or fatty. Also he never claimed that Annie was his GF but he is known as an item with her. Guess there is some arrangement between families and heās not going against it. Maybe I miss a scene or again it is in ep 4, he did not have a conversation with his grand aunt about Annie. You might be thinking of the PE teacher talking to his grandmother about liking the FLand she told him to grow a pair. Also up to the end of ep 3, the FL is still very upset at the ML. So it is not settled. Anyway, the beauty of these dramas is that we can all enjoy with our own impressions of the characters. Enjoy!
Missing Clown Prince, to be exactly. The drama is getting worse and worse with more clumsy plots!!!The royal taster…
I was just cringing through the scenes. It's like the screenwriters have no clue what direction to take the story. I am still going to watch it to the end since i am curious how they will resolve this hot mess.
Wow, the Crown Prince was trying to protect everyone he loved now, but it doesn't look like he has any good plans. I am not sure where this story is headed besides more tragic events happening to LG because of other people's stupidity and how easily people are being manipulated. I like Prince Dosung and how he is hanging on to his faith and loyalty. I hope he doesn't break, with the pressure of trying to protect his mother, and his grandfather constantly planting doubt in his mind, and most of all, would he waver once he finds out about his love rival.

That's the thing - he does not actually have a history of bad behavior. In the past, she saw glimpses of him and immediately assumed that he was the bully. His big mistake was that he did not stop his friends earlier.
I think he does not even know what she hated about him, but he still apologized. He had no idea how important the handkerchief was to her and like he told Ked, he was going to return it to her. The thing is she reacted immediately. Had it been Noonoi or the PE teacher joking with her, she would not have reacted so strongly.
Like you said, she has every reason to immediately judge him badly in the present day, but in the past, she also made wrong assumptions and judged him too badly for things he did not even do.
Overall, I agree with you that they both have faults in the situation now but it looks like it will be cleared up soon. Maybe in ep 4.
As for Annie, that's the one thing that I dislike about Thai lakorns is how they make the men look so wimpy, not being able to make things clear to the girls chasing them. The men are too nice or they think that since they have not officially accepted the girl as their GFs, then there is no need to say anything.

You're right, she was already bullied and even though the ML did not start anything, he was part of the group. He did help her though telling the boys not to bully her. But it's true he still teased her about her shoes. And then them meeting again under bad circumstances did not improve her impression of him. The problem is that she immediately judged him even when he did not do anything. Like when the PE teacher saying all sorts of things and she immediately thought badly of Jak. I know it's human nature so I cannot wait for them to clear their misunderstandings.

I find it hard to drop shows so my rule is to watch half of it first before dropping it. So a few more episodes to go. Hopefully by ep 8, the FL wonāt be so quick to react and be so biased. Her misunderstanding is all based on her rash reactions even when she was young
Epi 11 is so disappointing. Dragging and dragging all the time.
Yeah, Iām curious how they are going to resolve it. After everything her father has done including having an affair with the QD, thereās n way she would be accepted as the Crown Princess. I think the ending will be like in Bossam, the parent story or like the Kingās Affection where the main couple is stripped of their previous identities so they can live peacefully outside the palace. Or the FL does something so meritorious like save the king from the poison and bring him back.

Youāre probably right. Laorchan started off interesting for me because of the Naga tale and Kwanruetai was cute from the beginning with the couple clashing in funny ways. I am not won over by the FL in this one yet which is likely why Iām finding it slow. Iām sure it will pick up soon!
I think I have to wait for more episodes since the story is still being set up and feels a little slow for now. It is great to see Phu and Chat, along with the others show up!
Finally, in ep 11, they explained a little why the good guys can't do what seemed obvious to us. Still it was somewhat draggy...with what the FL knows now, why is she not doing more with the King? She can take away the leverage that she knows her evil father has. I know most want to see them punished, but I actually wanted the Grand Inspector Choi's plan with the Queen to succeed, to add a more interesting twist to the story. Otherwise, it was the usual "let's kill the witness, let's keep tossing the King's life back and forth...blah blah blah..." Oh did they cut a key romantic scene?
