I like how the story is progressing but I am liking the FL less. She is acting like she is still a teenager having a crush. Her honest and directness is refreshing but her actions cringey.
It just seems like the show is conveniently making the results happen to show that the FL's actions were justified in helping the ML melt and heal. To me, it feels too contrieved and forced. Also, can we stop having the FL get drunk just so she can do all the brash stuff and get away with it?

Yeah Xiao Mu En is no longer in my baddie list. More like he’s being used by Zhao Ji Kai and his backer and when he tries to do something about it, they will get rid of him.

Unfortunately these scams are so common everywhere. More public awareness is needed!

Quite a bit of dialogue about political consciousness and giving back to the Party and people these couple of episodes. I did like knowing more about cybercrime and the preventative measures to avoid being scammed 😁

Agree, there’s a sense of ease in the way they interact. Then again I find that Dilraba usually does well with her male counterparts. An Ni also appears have chemistry with Xiao Mu En. Maybe it’s because she treats both of them as buddies and therefore she’s not at all awkward with them

The interactions between An Ni and Commander He are enjoyable to watch…very natural and comfortable.

A show that started out very strong ended in a cliched way with everything wrapped up nicely for all. I still liked it though and overall time well spent watching it each week. As much as I detest the character, Kim Byung Chul acted well with the best micro expressions. His character In Ho may not have gotten the kind of punishment most viewers want him to get but the regrets he felt will last a very long time, if not forever. Not much else to say except the cast did great and some of the OSTs were memorable.
I’m ok with an 8.5 rating.

Exactly - with the pregnancy, it’s going to make it harder to leave her gambling addict husband if she wants to go that route.

Yeah in both shows I couldn’t wait to see her characters gone!
