I don't know much at all about the actress, YCY but I do think that her acting is the weakest among the cast. I don't think it is cyber-bullying if one comments about how good or bad an actor is. A decent and fair review should include an assessment of the cast's acting skills. Yes, there will be room for improvement but it doesn't mean one cannot talk about the current skill level and talent. If the actor is professional, they will take an assessment of their acting skills as constructive feedback. Yes, sometimes it could be haters commenting unfairly but if an actor gets the same type of feedback from multiple sources, it is a sign that maybe that actor needs more training.
I avoid commenting on physical looks but when an actor overdoes it with a certain feature or style, it should be acceptable to comment about it. Same thing with the makeup, hairstyles and outfit. Styling is an important aspect of a visual work, and for this character, unfortunately I think the make up artist and hairstylist did not do a great job.
