I’m rewatching the last few episodes—I can’t get enough of the battle scenes. And as unbelievable as it may sound, I absolutely love Chang Yu’s energy. TXW brings such conviction to the role that I can’t help but believe she’s capable of all that and more.
You know - either Jiang Dong Chao and Bai Liang Liang are too arrogant or they really are short-sighted. They knowingly burned bridges with people who wholeheartedly supported them, or they made enemies of people who have proven to be formidable like Rao Yuci.
I hope Jiang Dong Chao gets taken down not for anything else but the fact that he cannot keep it in his pants. He doesn't need to be acknowledged for his business acumen or anything related. Just have him be disgraced for something useless and immoral.
As for Bai Liang Liang...what a bi%ch! I am so glad that Xian Peng Yu has seen her true colors!
Plot was all over the place and not sure if it's just a bad production or they really wrote the scenes to be so messy. Regardless, it was a decent quick watch for me because of the leads' visuals and chemistry. OK if you just want a quick filler to pass the time.
Seriously, Jiang Dong Chao should know better than to expose himself to more weaknesses. Just cannot keep it in his pants... I hope Rao Yu Ci would let Chen Mo in soon, he's so sincere...although there's definitely more to him than just being a good guy.
You should check out the original too. The stories of that one are really interesting and kitty's acting is good.…
Never seen Becky before so I cant judge but her Nanno wears the same smirky expression the whole time. I guess I’ll start the original just so I can see how the character was portrayed. Yeah do check it out. Short series…only 6 eps.

Yes, I’ll watch after this one for sure. For a Thai drama, the original has such high rating in MDL. Acting wise - they are, nothing stellar. Becky’s character has the same expression through everything so I cannot tell if she is good. Sam’s character has more range so I can at least say that he’s pretty ok when it comes to showing different emotions.
One’s out there forging swords for his woman, the other one quietly fixing shoes— Green flags all around.
My favorite routine now - watch this on Netflix in the morning, scroll through everyone’s comments, then rewatch on WeTV because someone always points out something I completely missed.
Also, I’m emotionally invested in so many characters at this point, like Grand Tutor Tao, Chang Yu's four sidekicks, Princess, Xie Zheng's men—they better make it to the end!
There's no ugly crying with these two...I wanted to rewatch their confrontation scene in the beginning and ended up rewatching the whole ep 27...Our leads in multiple emotional scenes, behaving like matured adults 🥰along with funny moments with the Grand Tutor and Gongsun Yin 😆
Did not watch the original so I am starting fresh with this one. So far, I'm enjoying this show and the satisfaction that the victims got when Nanno helped them to get revenge.

Yuci really got lucky in rehab...having people who took her under their wings
