And.... It's a wrap! Just finished the drama, right after In A Class of Her Own. Really enjoyed the character growth and overall storyline. About the ending... I'm just going to be optimistic on this one :)

What a pleasant surprise. I watched this drama earlier this year and it has become one of my favourites for the year (past few years, in fact).
It's rare to find such a short wuxia series that's so well produced and conveys the plot so comprehensively. Tbh, at times the way this show was presented and paced, it almost feels like it's paying tribute to older wuxia productions (think Shaw Brothers). There's minimal fillers, no time wasting on insignificant side-plots that digress from the main arc of the story. The mystery cases are well crafted and the characters generally likeable and engaging.
It's not perfect, but at 24 episodes, can't complain too much.

Agree, the FL has a lot of potential. The role also is quite good, depicts her as strong and intelligent instead of weak and silly.
The ending was left hanging so really looking forward to a closure and hopefully happy ending.
It's nice to catch on air shows every now and then.
