This is a completely fictional sageuk but there are references to Goryeo and Joseon Dynasties from the costumes and also the synopsis mentioned the Saheonbu, which existed in that era.
13-year old Choi Myung Bin, what a talent. She's truly exceptional here. Too bad it's only for 1 episode, maybe I'll go check out her performance in Young Lady and Gentleman. Intriguing first episode and off to a promising start!
