I he a question, how could Dilraba sign an exclusive agreement with Youku, when she is a Global Brand Am assador for We TV?? Does it this mean a conflict of interests??

Question, why did they cease production of Happy Camp?? I thought it was pretty popular...

Ohhhh, the only novel adaptions where I've read the novels are, You Are My Glory and Eternal Love of Dream, both of these were done great in my point of view. But, I am aware of other adaption not done correctly or as faithfully to the original novel.

The only thing I don't much like from Youku is their English subtitles, to put mildly they suck spectacularly.

Why safer??

So Court Lady is mostly politics?? I gather Xu Kai did not interact much or had many scenes with the leading lady, right?? I ask, beacuse when he appeared in Happy Camp, they asked him the name of the FL in Court Lady and he couldn't remember it.

I think Xu Kai and Xing Zhao Lin did pretty good as her leading men in their respective dramas with her. I haven't yet seen One and Only/Forever and Ever and Love is Sweet but I have hard good revies regarding the ML's there, too.

You should see You Are My Glory, now this is a great romance drama....

Makes me wonder why YY signed a bound contract at all, isn't he like her industry senior?? I mean, he debuted way before her, he should have thought that a bound contract is not good and avoided it like DD did.

How come he can't do dramas with other production houses, but Diliraba can...?? I mean she is filming right now The Legend of Anhle with Yuoku and I believe The Blue Whisper is with IQIYI. DD also has a contract with WeTv, she along with YY is Brand Ambassador.

In the novel, nothing is mentioned on his impression of her when in High School. Honestly, I think he was just aware she existed, because she confessed to him and asked him out. Now, years later, he mentions that because of his prejudice they lost 13 years. By that I think he meant, that when young he thought only the smartest girl could work together with him, since both would be studying and so be independent. If you remember, he mentioned to his ex-girlfriend that he dated her because she was intelligent and independent, never occurring to him to return her love. Also, in the new revised chapter in the novel, the chapter where they kiss in the karaoke, he mentions straight to her, that it was not that he especially ignored her or did not like her, but that he ignored all girls back then in favor of studying. Back then, he did not put any importance on relationships, only on achieving his dream, never realizing that a time would come when he would need the support and love that QJJ offers. He thinks in that chapter, how lucky he is that he was granted a second chance with her, beacuse he is finally realizing what he had let slip by him then.

Very true!! You will finish it and feel like you've just watched rainbows and unicorns, and that everything is right in the world.

I also watched You Are My Hero and while I liked it, I was not obsessed with it, I just think this two shows aret oo different to be compared. One is a first young love situation (early 20's) and the other is a mature older love (early 30's). In YAMH, you have 3 concurrently love stories, where the only ones I was interested in were that of the SWAT ML and young doctor FL, and that of the doctor ML and the sister of ML. I was way more moved by the second love story than the main. I was also always irritated with the story of the soldier friend of ML and the friend of Doctor FL.

Where's in YAMG, the story centers on the love story of the leads and does not stray from it. You watch them fall in love slowly, this being the first time the Yu Tu actually puts attention to Qiao Jing Jing. She has always been interested in him, but you see her fall in love with him again. Their mastery of their micro expressions was other world amazing, the emotions they held in their eyes in another level. Once they are together is just simply amazing how real it feels, how comfortable they are with each other, the kisses are finally done right.. if they are meant to be sexy, they are, but if they are supposed to be playful, they do it. This is the type of mature relationship everyone should aspire to have.

But anyway, we will not convince you otherwise, beacuse as mentioned, everyone has their own tastes, likes and dislikes. I am just sad you could not join on the fun of YAMG.

I think Yang Yang's Who Rules The World will be a good show... although, from what I gather, this drama is not as focused on romance, unlike You Are My Glory, The Blue Whisper and Legend of Anle.

Hahahahaha.... I am married to Happy Endings too, but... just to get the full story of this drama, I am making an exception. 😉

So I'll only watch after Forever and Ever is finished then... only that way can I stomach such a tragedy.

I will only watch the prequel, when Forever and Ever finishes it's emission, because as you said One and Only looks to be tragic.
