I am also looking forward to "Who Rules The World", although from what Inundestand it is not so much centered on romance, but it sounds interesting.

Also, no drama stand the test of time up to 20-30 years, I know of no drama that was good in its time and if I watch it know it's still as good. At least, for the next 5 years, I am sure this drama will be remembered, obviously not by you, but by a lot of other people.

Regarding the acting, you have a point, Dilireba acts the same in all her dramas, I noticed that too. I mean she does a good job, but I have not seen any growth in her acting, it is more or less the same it's always been. From Yang Yang, I do see acting growth, more so since I compare him to Love O2O, where he never expressed any emotion, just looked the handsome God they presented and that's it.

Now, abou Yu Tu's intelligence being so big that he wouldn't pass vacations being idle... I'll just say that any person has a right to be idle in any way of their choosing. At this time, he has nothing else to do, he already passed the interview for the Banking Investment company and they told him that he would enter in a month. He had always been so busy, if he wants to pass time playing video games, he can do it. Not because your super intelligent does it mean that you are always doing something big and meaningful. He also knows how to have fun, he plays Basketball, passes time with friends and plays games online. Let's not confuse Yu Tu with Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory, who is a 1st tier genius and does not know how to interact in social situations. Yu Tu while deeply smart is also emotionally aware, and has more social activities.

Finally, I don't believe this drama will be forgotten, because in my opinion and that of other people too, this is one of the best modern dramas of the year or any year before this. You may forget it and that is your prerogative, but for some of us this romantic comedy modern drama is hard to beat from the best top 5.

I am with you, before this drama, the only drama of Yang Yang that I watched was Love O2O, and while I liked him, I also felt that he couldn't act, he didn't show any expression or emotion in that drama. But I feel he got way better now, I now see diferent emotions to his acting and I can finally call him an actor. However, I would not go as far as saying that he acts as good as any kdrama actor, actually the same is true of the several cdrama actors and actresses, they do not act as good as their kdrama counterparts.

I do not agree with you, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think the romance it's just right and the gaming is kept at acceptable levels, unlike in The King's Avatar and Falling For Your Smile, where it was all about gaming. I loved the acting of both leads, I feel they express a lot with their eyes and facial expressions. They have great chemistry together and see them falling in love slowly, which is a nice change from cdramas that fall in love immediately, which is not credible at all. This story is very believable to me and I require that some logic be in a drama, be it romance, action or any genre, and in my point of view this drama has it.

I also come from the Kdrama world and the three dramas that you mentioned are, at least in my opinion, not good examples of romance. The only one I would agree with would be Crash Landing On You, but I would add Her Private Life, Another Miss Oh, Touch Your Heart and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim, among others. It's Okay To Not Be Okay, was so disappointing, I do not see bullying and stalking as something cute and romantic. Never understood how the ML in that kdrqma could fall in love with such an obsessive maniac.

I know that explaining here anything regarding this drama does no good, since no one here likes the drama, but I feel I must clarify, Yu Tu is NOT unemployed. During the first 15 episodes, he is on a leave of absence from work, because he had submitted his resignation and looking into entering the finance industry. The thing is, that his superiors did not accept his resignation and instead told him to take all his vacations days that he didn't take years ago to think over his wish to resign. That is why he has so much time, he is considering his options or at least that is what his superiors what him to do. So, from this premise his free time is explained and justified.

I do see acting, since they are not always with their head down playing. They also talk to each other a lot , not only playing games. Yang Yang is expressing a lot of emotions with only his eyes, his character IS at this moment depressed, he feels he has not accomplished a thing, and that he is such a failure that he can't provide for his family. Dilireba is constantly bright and happy, but also serious and empathetic, a workaholic and very disciplined, she shows a lot of her emotions with her eyes and actions. I simply do not know how you do not see all these nuances the actors are giving us.

Gaming in the first 15 episodes is important, but saying that is all they do, that is an exaggeration. After that episode, gaming is no longer mentioned nor played, so if a drama has a gaming section that is NOT that prominent for 15 episodes of 32 episodes that makes it a gaming drama?? Then I do not know what The King's Avatar and Falling Into Your Smile are, they dedicate the WHOLE drama to gaming, with a very prominent position, to put You Are My Glory in this group is so wrong. The gaming track in the drama is necessary and not at all lazy writing, it has a purpose and since it does not take all the 30 minutes of each of the first 15 epusodes, I do not see the problem.

So, to only conclude that this is a gaming drama is oversimplification that for me is insulting. Since it touches on a very deep existential profesional crisis, the monetary worth of the serious work done by the Aerospace industry in contrast with entertainment industry. The inequality that's been growing in China in the last few years, compared to how it was decades ago, where nearly everyone had the same income unlike now, where they have so much financial and social pressure to succed. Also, they showed the slow process of falling in love, which is so steeped into reality that many are angry because they do not fall in love immediately.

That Yu Tu and Qiao Jing Jing get in touch again because of a game makes sense to me, since she was the Ambassador of the game and was exposed not knowing how to play. She had to get better quickly and it so happend she used an old account she had where Yu Tu is the contact.
