the director has a thing with umbrella....the red umbrella is a sign of awesome noona romance. Love it. Director has made some of the most memorable nonna romance series and this one will be no exception. Couldn't care less for any age ranting of people.
If IU has indeed appear in this drama, then it would have been so awesome, they were friends, they worked with same writer before and they would really look good together, but her turning down also working very well.
There is a thing called "character" FL character is written like that, she is supposed to play like that, not the way you want. The actress is not playing herself on screen, she is playing a character written on a script given to her, which she liked and she brought it to life. The character is not her and she is not character. If you really want her to be lovely and all, go watch their interviews, meeting, conferences, she is pretty awesome and fun as always. Learn to sperate characters and actors and their job.
If you are all really annoyed, the she is successful in playing her character, as this is one of the purpose to make people hate her.
ML is also playing a character, he is a red flag, just because his character is husband in law type, doormat type, and he suffers because if his in laws does that mean he has the right to be happy when she is dying? and on that he was planning for inheritance and pretending to care? Regardless he is a good person or not, he did planned, despite the fact that he is simple and swayed easily.
I really like both of their characters, as they are different than usual, if not new. I like how they fell in love and then fell out and now fell again with ever growing problems and her dumb ass fool family ready to be destroyed by a single person. I blame family more than anyone.
Director KHW has a pretty awesome track record, all of her series are acclaimed all over, and her new series featuring Korea's biggest mega stars again bound to be famous again.

Only in this one FL is week, I see her character utterly confusing and incapable of doing anything, despite her being so called famous reporter. The husband is too clever for her to grasp what had happened, but she will eventually find out the crux of all and she will decide what to do.
So I don't see them as doormat rather they were fooled and they will get back to them.
This is so damn good...wow next episode preview was unexpected...it is not surprising if it is not JP series, they throw some unexpected twist and turn and they don't shy away from the social prejudice.

He broke up and he invited her and now he is behaviour is seriously not justifiable, either he wants her to find someone who can truly love or he is really a jerk or has become one in their breakup period.

There are actors who are very young but they are perfect to play ML role, Min Jae actually looks teenager for him to be appear as ML or in process of becoming one.
the cheating part doesn’t end there, they just don’t happen to sleep with each other after she went to jail, it is deeper than that she was unthankful bitch that stabbed the people who gave her food, love respect, and life. And she is responsible for FL child death. KSY should stop being fool and whinny little bitch and realize the crime of KJ and know that he is the one who tried to kill his mother and he is the crux of all bad. it’s half of series and he needs to stop, FL suffered the most and he keep his pain above without knowing certain facts. his father killed her son for whatever reason but he did and she avenged and paid for her crimes and is in pain more than ever but his tinny ass keeps whining and whining.
