I don't think so that is the case, she has managed to get the hate for her character as much as she could, and I for one, just seeing her face want to slap, meaning she has successfully portrayed her role, because that was the purpose of it in first place.
I don't know about webtoon, but the background she has as a character, she has managed to carry it very well. How do you know what expression she is supposed to do? It is not up-to her, the director is responsible for what expression they required and they guide actors while filming. May be she is not supposed to over exaggerate the evilness of her character and play as calm, scheming and psychotic character which in my opinion she did well.
But what you are saying for that we have to see her in other roles to compare, for now this is her first role and she has managed to evoke my hatred for her.
nothing it delivered nothing in past 11 episode, she never got her revenge and in last episode she suddenly winning, past 10 episodes, her husband did all kind of evil, now making him foolish evil. now finishing as i started but this is horrible show.
I don't know if both are true, but her group 'aespa' is currently doing exceptionally well in the K-pop girl group scene. She is also quite famous for her beauty, even before her debut, as she meets the perfect standards for K-beauty known as "Ulzang" so focuses fans gonna go crazy if she starts dating whom they not approve. The fans entitlement and self proclaimed ownership of k-pop people is beyond my understanding.
I admit first 5 episodes deserves 7.8 rating, but after 5 my god the show turn unexpected turn in BL history, it was one of the best backstory if not the best.
The turn of events were so natural and carefully linked that for once I never thought it was awkward, specially the "CAMERA BROKEN" turning point was so naturally made and how they pin this on "THE PERPETRATOR" leading to the rest of the story was so damn good.
Barcode you beauty, you were accelerator of the story while rest of the cast did so good as an actors. They have me hate them, curse them so much is because they performed beyond well.
Hidden Characters actors are already are gem, hope they get they own series as leading roles.
I will miss this series dearly.
Which screenwriter for this series did more good job I can't figure, as there is a huge difference between first 5 and the rest of the series but whoever did, saved the script and this series.
As Sammon is working for 4-MINUTES I will believe she will do a good job as expectations are higher for that series after so much has happened after all.
