There are four episodes left, and the story has not got anywhere regarding Dika. Episode eight was a filler that did not advance the plot in any significant way. I am starting to suspect that thr plot will be rushed in the last two episodes.
I cannot believe that I am saying this, but AyanAkk lost me completely in this episode. I do not feel any connection between them anymore. Akk behaves like a horrible person, and at this point I do not understand why Ayan is drawn to him. It makes no sense. Not to mention that this episode degraded them to the cliché "he was chasing after him, now it is the other way round" dynamic. This is not what should have happened. Furthermore, Ayan's confession was rushed and looked really out of place.
I was not particularly invested in KhanThua before, but now I think that they are the superior couple. They are wholesome and demonstrate character development.

You are right. He was always suspicious. However, he was quietly suspicious before. I do not understand what made him express his hostility toward the protesters so directly in this episode.

I do not think that she was his girlfriend, but she might have known him. This would mean that Sani and Ayan have also known each other from before, though. On one hand, this sounds improbable because there have not been any onscreen interactions between them, and Ayan made Akk hide from her. If they had been investigating together, he could have asked her not to expose Akk. On the other hand, they joined the school almost at the same time, and both have been investigating the curse since day one. Furthermore, Ayan has Sani's number. What if this is not a coincidence?

Another thing: On who side is Teacher Sani? She told Chadok that she found it weird that Akk had taken Ayan's homework, but she did not tell him about the noises that she heard while making rounds. Furthermore, Ayan knows that she is investigating. How did he learn about this?
I doubt that this is something that Namo would say because he is on the side of the school. He would not be on Akk's side if Akk is not on the school's side, so the "whatever you will do" does not apply to him.
My only complaint regarding episode seven is about Namo.
Although he was suspicious from the beginning, up to this episode he had not spoken against the protesters with such malice. He might have had his private thoughts, but he had not shared them with Akk, for instance, or threatened that the curse will be back. He even yelled at the prefects to be careful with the protesters when they were forcefully moving them.
His change in behavior came out of nowhere. I thought that it was a little illogical. I did not understand why he decided to speak his mind. I hope that this would be explained in the subsequent episodes.
I like how Khan's relationship with Ayan progressed from "He is as bad as you said" and "He is cocky" to "I'm taking you with me to Akk's place – it does not matter that you are not invited." Future besties xD
