lmao i completely agree ik a lot of people are used to thai bls w bigger budgets/quicker paced plots but this…
Totally agree, people should consider external factors such as the budget as well, but also compare it to the general frame/progress of the bl industry itself
Not really sure why he didn't report. Doesn't make any sense.
He didn’t report it because that would mean the girl would find out that other people got hurt because of her. He did not want her to carry the guilt, which is somewhat understandable. In actuality, it’s really foolish because reporting it would ensure her safety and mental wellbeing as well, but on the moment, it seemed like that completely slipped from his mind. He seems to be a bit idiotic like that, but it’s out of good intent
What’s with the rating?? This show is really good so far
Ps: after reading some other comments, I do agree that the series is trying to accomplish a lot with little actual run time. HOWEVER I feel like they’re able to do that without it being too awkward. In fact, it’s surprisingly well executed. Each scene feels natural to me even if some may come across as sudden at first. I’ve watched other shows that have tried to do many genres with little time and they always felt very unsatisfying and disjointed (on top of some really subpar acting). Here, you do slightly get a sense at times that they could have toned it down (with the side stories esp) but it still comes together really well. They dont drag any of the scenes too much, and may I add that the acting is so pleasing. Especially the way the characters talk. They’re not saying anything particularly remarkable but the tone and the way the characters address each other feels comforting. The deeper, calmer voices of the actors also help to create that effect. Also, it’s incredible how the development between the characters can be felt without it seeming too rushed. It just goes to show how effective their short scenes are together. Props to the editing for that. It’s also because the characters aren’t immediately saying grand things to each other (with the exception of the protagonist saying he’d never had some much fun, that was the only line that felt a bit off). So with all that said, I still think this show should at least be an 8.0 given that it’s managing to do a lot pretty successfully (in my view) with quite a low budget and a short running time.
I am not a fan of comedic shows but I actually like how they are able to balance the comedy, action and the romance.…
You’re not wrong there, they could have been a bit less absurd with some of the moments, especially given that Kinn could have uncuffed himself any time. Like dont risk your life at the very least if you’re going to stay cuffed. So I get you Thankfully, the serious scenes are very compelling in their execution

The comedy had taken me aback at first, but once i accepted it, I was able to enjoy it so much more. And I agree with you, they really do a good job at balancing those scenes out, especially in the recent episodes (and most importantly in the last one, ep 5, where the comedy was nicely toned down to reflect the gravity of Porsche’s state of mind)
We aren’ttt, but to reassure us, i do think that they’ll show us bits and pieces of their development. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have made Kim so secretive and reserved. It would just be odd if we suddenly went from him deceiving Porschay to him pining over Chay. Plus the whole thing about the hidden identity. We’d need some building up so that the reveal is efficient, otherwise it’ll fall flat
It might be too early for that, I think they’ll first build a stronger emotional connection between kim and porschay and then the reveal will happen, just to make it angstier
For me, Kim's main motivation why he keeps his murder board, snoops around his dad's study for clues and gather…
i was hoping there would be a reason like that, that makes sense with the foreshadowing set in episode 6 where Kinn said he wanted to be singer. Really cool ^^ If there is such a strong foundation between Kim and Kinn, it’ll definitely be interesting to see Kim’s reaction to the news of Kinn getting shot. Now i’m more inclined to believe that my second point (2) will come true.
Ps: im ok with any pronouns
