I don’t think that’s the issue here. it’s still her husband and she is constantly disrespecting him. You don’t see him going around and having a bunch of women constantly around him. FL doesn’t know boundaries. He’s been protecting her even when he didn’t know who she was or when they agreed to divorce at some point. He is still went meet her parents and trying to be a good son in law. If FL was the man ,this would be a whole different story. Even if she’s not showing her love to him , she still need to respect him. He save her multiple times after even she would not listen and take his advice. she keep humiliating him. I don’t know how they rest of the story will be but at this time FL absolutely does not deserve this man. She is very inconsiderate and only think after she sees the consequences of her actions. She need to put boundaries with these man she keep walking around with and with that friend of hers that keep running her mouth.

I just knew since episode 1 who the villain was. It's was so obvious , As soon has a saw him , I knewwww without a doubt. If he really care about ML that much , he would have help him since the beginning . Even complete stranger defend ML and became friend with him and help him hide but that evil man couldn't care less about our boy.

He's too sensitive and care to much about people, his father said it , he himself said it and a lot of other people. His kindness got him kill , it would've have happened anyway regardless if he got the throne or not. Xiao Rueojin is craving power and he's evil for sure . He would absolutely go after him to steal the throne. Look what he did in Blood of youth even if Rufeong did not want after the throne. He was not a good husband , brother, father but he had what necessary to be an emperor. When someone sit on that throne nothing else is more important than the throne. Rufeong would not be able to let go everything else. This much power can not come with kindness, people will walk over you to steal it. Even his son , Xiao se's cousin. did not want it. That says a lot.

I have to say , I did not have hope for this. I have drop it so many time after a few episode. I never force myself to finish a drama because I know that eventually it's gonna catch my attention somehow and I will try to watch it again. I'm glad I did not give up. This is a 9.5/10 for me. I love the royal family , it's so refreshing and different from other drama where usually the emperor is evil and everyone fighting against each other. For those who are not sure if it's worth to watch , it's definitely worth your time!!!! Don't give up on it !!

don't take MDL rating seriously , I learned my lesson from other drama. A lot of time they do not reflect the value of it. People start rating and leaving review base on all episode since first episode came out. doesn't make sense to me , how can they review a full show when they didn't even watch the whole things

I’m not like other people , I always watch show base on the cast , I originally watched Douluo continent because of male lead . I can give it a chance but I don’t have hight hope that I will watch it. I have nothing against this cast tho . I don’t know maybe I will .
