Not one is better then the other. let be honest here . All characters are grey in this both have valid reason too want revenge. Oh I agree with you , that why I said there’s some similarities but I should have precise it’s not necessarily the same haha sorry . yes I think too he got influenced by his father but try to avoid doing the same exact mistake as him.I love both, you can see their devotion to their partner. They both where willing to sacrifice themselves to save and protect their love one.

Also seeing yuan Qi in that position also reinforce my understanding of Bai Ju choices.( yes he definitely could have choose better options) We got to see in another way what being a true god is and the responsibility behind it. Unless the other were actually in the position of a true god they won’t never fully understand the responsibility behind it. Seing Yuan Qi in this position and how he couldn’t just take FL side in front of everyone in some situations make me realize that. I really appreciate this part of the story.
